Quiet hotel complex. Helpful and welcoming staff.
Coffee stations every other floor so have to get dressed to get your cup of tea in bed.
Gluten contamination of special diet food caused uncomfortable symptoms. Staff need more training perhaps.

The front desk clerk made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant staff were attentive to our needs and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The shower stall was somewhat small.

The hospitality was exceptional. The front desk team super efficient and welcoming and extremely accommodating.
The guys at the bar were engaging and full of energy they made sure you did not have an ordinary cocktail at the seaside bar. They brought the island vibes!
The food the food the food!!! It was cooked with love with tasty Caribbean flavours and the restaurant staff were very attentive.

It was close to the airport and on the beach
It was tired and needed updating, particularly when compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Antigua. It was expensive for those not on all inclusive. The beach was full of seaweed.
