This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.

The hotel was an older hotel but met our needs. The pool was out of service. The property and rooms could benefit from a refresh (bathrooms and ceilings). The staff were wonderful and they had onsite security. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the mountains and sunset.

Everything was great staff was friendly n professional. We have stayed at Green Tree multiple times. The only downfall was their breakfast this time. You only had the option of beagle, cereal or waffles. Usually Green Tree is one hotel that has decent breakfast. This time it was a disappointment. Hope it gets better
