The hotel was gross, the floors had been mopped. Everything was worn and stained. The beds were totally fine and the sheets were clean. It smelled like pot the second you walked in and it remained that way until morning time. The guy that checked is in was rude. It does have your base necessities but do not recommend at all.

Front desk staff was very nice and Ms. Karen was an absolutely wonderful woman! Beds were adequate and room condition was okay. Main issue was discovering that my husband was covered in red raised welts which appear to be bed bugs bites. I suggest the hotel do a thorough investigation of room 109 to confirm.

Hotel and room were well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was more limited than I am accustomed to with similar hotels. Ended up not eating in the hotel.

There were dirty socks in the wardrobe that almost made me sick by the smell when I opened it up. The toilet was dirty and the chair was badly stained. I would not stay here again

Beware, Bedbugs and filth! We stayed at this hotel on January 4th 2024. We booked this online as it had good reviews, we live hours away from this area. I cannot see how anyone could rate this hotel anything other than HORRIBLE! Upon arriving in the room, we found it appearing mostly clean, but a bit dingy. The bathroom mirror was loose, neither of the stoppers in either sink function, and the bathroom sink had a clog. That was what was apparent immediately, however the horrors that followed were much worse. We went to bed, my wife and I on one bed, and our special needs (Autism) son on the other bed. The next morning, we checked out then a couple hours later noticed red dots on our son’s neck, upon further investigation, he had them all over his entire body. These were bites from bed bugs. Evidently the mattress has not been changed like they are supposed to and was completely infested. Our son cannot communicate with us to tell us, we had to find this out on our own. We called the hotel, and they were aggressive and extremely rude, using profanity, and not taking any responsibility for the condition of their hotel. We stated that the hotel was ghetto, they responded with “well you stayed here, what does that say about you? This was one of the worst experiences we have ever encountered, and the way they responded to our complaints was extremely unprofessional and completely ridiculous. Do not stay at this hotel, ignore any good reviews

Check in was very unfriendly. We arrived at 1:20 and were laughed at by women at the front desk who didn’t look or check her computer to see if anything was available early. In a nasty tone, again without looking up, told us that check in was 3:00. The hotel was empty!! We were given a wheelchair room but didn’t ask for it. The bathroom tub was very worn and old. Breakfast wasn’t worth the time!!!

The walls were covered with dust, the comforter on the bed smelled like mildew and was not warm at all. The shower head just violently spit water to the back of the tub which splattered all over the floor. The floor was tile so it was slippery. Great location, Friendly staff. Hotel was in a great location. Just needs to work on cleaniness of the rooms and revamp the bedding.

First and foremost the staff members are outstanding, welcoming and super friendly. The hotel itself definitely needs some work. From leaky ceilings to bad building odor etc. The stay wasn't bad for the most part though.

Why pay higher prices for excellent service and friendliness at moderate prices. There wasn’t anything lacking. Maybe a room safe would have been a nice addition. Assistant manager was the most pleasant man suited to his job

We really liked the front staff at this Quality Inn. They were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. The only 2 things were that there were no towel bars or rings for towels and no Kleenex in the room. Not really big deals but just something we could have used.

I’ve stayed here so many times in the past. However, last night the hotel was booked. They put me in a first floor room which was fine. When I got to the room neither key worked. I had to go back to the front desk to new keys. When I came into the room the air had not been turned on and the room smelled awful. However, there were no other rooms. The room never cooled off. Hot all night and the room was super loud and bright. The curtains don’t reach the top of the air conditioning unit or the wall so therefore the parking light light shined through the whole night. I think after my experience last night I will never stay there again. Did not sleep at all and definitely has gone way down hill.
