Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel.

Third stay at this hotel travelling from UK. Hotel is in a excellent location for rail connections and airport shuttle bus. Didnt use the pool on this occasion but it is usually really good. The reception staff at this hotel could not have been more helpfull and are really friendly. Will definately go back.
