Taking into account 3 stars rate, the hotel meets my expectations. It provides the absolute minimum of facilities: a small room, no fridge, no wardrobe. Ideal for short 'budget' stays.
A wardrobe would be good to have, especially during winter!

Bed was comfy, staff were polite and hotel was very clean.
Bed stated as 'queen' but we're infact a small double and didn't offer twin beds and duvet didn't fit the bed side to side. Location offered as close to city centre but its a 10 min taxi or a 45 min walk so had to keep relying on taxis to go anywhere

Location, parking space, clean, whole facility design and the breakfast was nice (expensive but nice).
We arrived late in the evening and we were very tired, wanted to sleep until 10 am but unfortunately noises started at 5 am, sound insulation is terrible between the rooms. Also after that, they started to clean the rooms at 6 am - 7 am and it was impossible to sleep after that due to vacuuming noise, banging tools noise.
The main reason why I chose this place is because I expected it to be not this noisy and get some good nights sleep. Unfortunately it did not happen.
