The spa area is quite nice, the beds are comfortable
The hotel in general but particularly the bathroom is a bit outdated and smells , the water doesn’t go away well in the shower , the pillows are pretty uncomfortable , smart tv would have been great. The elevators partially don’t function

Location
The bottle of water in the room, the pancakes and coffee during breakfast
The staff. The check out time which is 11am, but as a traveler we all know that generally all check out time is 12 noon. But when I asked the staff if we can check out at 12, he told me that I will pat extra 10 euros to stay until 12 noon and I find it so ridiculous! We had to hurry up as a family of 4 with a toddler to reach the 11am check out. How horrible experience it was!
The breakfast was basic, do not give so much hype on it.
