Very close to the station, clean, comfortable with very nice staff.
At breakfast, there was a large group and the hotel was not prepared. Ran out of a lot of the breakfast items. Not well organized.

Excellent hotel, spacious and very clean room
Perfect location - next to the main train station
Air conditioning in the room, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi connection.
I enjoyed staying in that room very much
- rooms get cleaned 1x weekly? Sorry, but that's not ok. And it has nothing to do with "being green", you're just saving money. At least leave more toilet paper IN the room.
- there is 1 young girl at the reception desk who has some attitude & likes to argue with the customers like teenagers do with their mothers - very unpleasant experience.
I will not write where she's originally from to avoid being accused of things I am not. But this is not alright, please train your younger staff properly! If they cannot get accustomed to the german way of communicating & serving clients, maybe they shouldn't be working at the reception desk.

Clean, proximity to Hbf.
Shower with absolutely low water pressure, breakfast with limited options, service poor.
