Beware. This hotel uses cigarette burned curtaisn and comforters and then keep your deposit claiming you made the cigarette burns!

Clean room. Nice staff. No complaints. However, be aware the area around the hotel is crawling with prostitutes. I am not exaggerating. Roosevelt Avenue and the side street 5th are really bad after 4 PM. This is not a safe area after 4 PM. Not family friendly.

So clean and great customer service. I don’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere where they cleaned the rooms daily without specific request, so I want to start by saying that. With kids, I appreciated coming back to a swept and mopped room. The rooms look like they’ve been updated, but they’re still old. It’s similar to the newer Motel 6. They say breakfast is included, but it’s all packaged muffins, oatmeal, and cereal. Nothing hot except oatmeal. It was good for the price—but not scenic or great for walks.

Good free parking, No coffee maker, rooms recently painted. Felt very unsafe outside the complex and were hobbos and prostitutes walking around. Freeway is near so very convinient to Get t F out quick of horrible area but noisy as hell. Price was decent but could be cheaper. 10 minutes aways from SD city and Coronado Isle so that is very convinient without overpaying for a hotel on those areas.

Good location close to freeway. It was a one night stay. Check in was quick, room was clean. Overall it quiet. We had a good sleep. Breakfast was basic and sufficient to get us ready for the road.

The gentleman at checkin was kind and helpful. The bathroom and bedding were very clean The bathroom could use a deep cleaning/new grout around edges. The beds need to have the headboards removed or redone. The tv had lots of channels. It was fine for a one night layover.

Good price for this hotel. No issues when I stayed there. The room was clean and up to date. They have a small breakfast area, mainly pasties, cereal, coffee and juice.

The staff were nice. The breakfast had a good amount of items and fruit. The hotel was nice and I didn't smell smoking. The surrounding area there is a lot of prostitution and my TV did not work, but I don't watch TV so I didn't mind. I stayed for 2 nights while I was apartment hunting.

It was a nice little hotel in a sketchy area, wouldn't recommend walking around at night, the room did have a funky smell in it. Also takes a long time to get your deposit back

My partner and I loved this place as soon as we walked into the room. The room is clean, large room with a separate section for sink and bathroom. The decor is very modern and classy. The television and Wi-Fi worked! I’ve stayed at other places where the tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work. I would stay here again! It’s worth the price.

The property was close enough to the wedding I was attending. Also it was affordable. The room was suppose to be smoke free but still smelled like smoke. (I had to buy plug in wall sprays) I got random calls on the rooms phone before 9 am and hang ups. I was on the first floor and could hear a parent shouting at the kids from the second floor. I also heard them jumping on the floor starting at 6am throughout the morning.

Room was nice and clean. Had everything I needed. It was nice that it was circled and kinda closed off to the public. Out on the street it was a little sketchy but San Diego outside of down town is a little sketchy in general. Very reasonable price for what it is.

Room tabaco odor TERRIBLE and to take the deposit of $150.00 dlls (and I was lucky because the deposit is until $250.00) they deduct from your credit card in that moment, but to refund the money takes around 1 week! They do not give any receipt for the deposit refund, they just say a person it's going to check the room and IF everything it's ok we'll refund your money. I did not like that because nobody is witness how the room was the day I left the room, if they do not want to refund the money it's easy for them to say: "The room was not ok" I hate that!!! I hope they refund my money!

Good location for getting to attractions by car. Area surrounding hotel a bit seedy but absolutely no issues at the property. Room cleanliness was exceptional.

Property was very good in almost all aspects, the only thing we did not love was the breakfast, which was a Grab-and-go breakfast when we thought it was a more complete breakfast.
