Great stay new rooms the bed was good and very clean! The only problem was the traffic at 5:30 am. The staff was amazing ! We will stay again just not on the end of the unit close to the highway next time.

There were multiple plugs that didn't work in the room as well as the shower/bath water wouldn’t get warm. There were no other rooms available to switch to since it was New Years.

Staff lied about tv working, repairing ac, and giving me a refund which was supposed to be $150.00 not the $100.00 they refunded. Now they won’t respond.

I liked the studio room because it was very spacious. And I liked the laundry facility that the hotel has which was very helpful.

Rooms not very clean. Housekeeping is very weird with towels, only letting you exchange a dirty for a clean. One day I was questioned about which towels I turned in??? I found a wasp body, a silverfish, a house centipede and a dead bee on my floor at different times during my 3 week stay. I also mopped about 6 times with fabuloso, but every time, the white towels were black. The area around is the main prostitution area for National City so there were naked girls walking up and down the street day and night. They charge $12 per night to park. I chose to park right outside the curb, closest to the lobby. Their parking lot is usually pretty empty and they should be providing free parking because of the prostitution. One night, I was gathering stuff from my vehicle when a group of guys pulled up in front of me. I wasn’t paying attention, but I felt a huge whack on my butt and then hands sliding through to the front. I turned around and screamed at the guy. He was very intoxicated and the staff cooperated with police. Thing is, you’d think that they would let me park in the parking lot after that happened, but no. I was sexually assaulted right outside their night window! No one followed up with me or even checked on me after that incident and the men did not get asked to leave the hotel. They knew where my room was and which car was mine. I was so scared. Also, the staff are all these stiff, super formal and professional dudes. It was waaaay to much for a small motel.

I left something in the room that cost money and they act like they don’t have it and prostitution is all around that hotel!! I didn’t feel safe or comfortable

Check-in and out was easy. $12 to park on-site is a joke. There were prostitutes walking around the street (not on property) right where we pulled in. Sketchy neighborhood, but seemed OK enough.

Very nice hotel. Lights were very bright out in the parking lot making our stay feel more safe. Hotel room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Very pleasant & safe environment. Would come back again.

Great location next to the freeway, lots of nightlife not in a good way if you know what I mean, but the hotel is aware and does a good job making guest feel safe, I thought. When I was loading up my bike for checkout, had to deal with some stupid dog owner that let their Doberman out and scared the crap out of the parking lot barking at everyone until someone corralled the dam dog. Made me late for breakfast. Once again, not the motel's fault. Also was happy with a late checkout on a Saturday.

Room was prepped with enough towels for my entire stay, room was clean. The Wifi had to be reset every few minutes several times. Very convenient to the interstate, but the door gap was wide enough to let the traffic noise in all night, although I can sleep through the noise.

Decent place for a 1 night stay. Staff in the office were nice. Room was clean. Charge for parking, and was provided a parking pass to place in rearview mirror. Neighbors above were quiet noisy around 3am. Would stay again for 1 night if needed.

Check in was simple. Had to pay for parking. Sheets and towels had stains. Floor was dirty. Located right beside freeway so cars were heard all night AND there are hookers walking sidewalks

There was no anti slip in the shower. Slipped getting out and tore a gash in my back. The microwave was nasty inside. The ice machine did not work.

The property itself was clean and the staff was helpful. The problem is the road it’s on, Roosevelt, is know for illegal activity (prostitution). Of course, I didn’t know this until I got to San Diego and observed illegal activity every night of my stay. I looked it up and there are news stories about the area. I hope the area can be cleaned up. The hotel staff was great.

Very beautiful exterior and interior. Wish I didn't have to pay so much for pets but it was a very relaxing stay.

Room was clean, Bed was great, Wi-Fi was good, (have to reconnect regularly) Good TV and channel selection. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room included refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sink Some might have a issue with highway noise.( can't have everything at this price.) Good value Thanks to the staff and management for upkeep and keeping the premises clean. Would stay here again.

overall the experience was good the property is clean spacious rooms love the mini kitchenette the only downs was theres to many noise due to the close freeway and a lot of hookers in the area its a good place for a couple or single person not families i didnt like my 6 years old was asking what the girls were doing lol but but ill defenitily will stay again if i have to its a good backup hotel when you dont find the usual available
