Hotel was fine, nothing to write home about, but not bad either. Pool was smaller & colder than I expected. Breakfast offered a nice assortment of things but that area becomes VERY congested when the hotel is full. Tried to check in early, (I understand that’s not guaranteed) and the gal told me nothing was ready but she would call when it was. She never called & then said she tried to but must have written my number down wrong…but she repeated it back to me & it was correct. I don’t think she ever tried to call. If they just don’t allow it, I wish she would have just been up front about it. We stayed nearby waiting for the call as she gave me the impression it would only be 30-60 minutes.

The bathroom tube didn't drain and the water would raise dirty. The bathroom had no soap, shampoo etc. When we asked the front desk to please send someone to fill the bottles, we were handed one small piece of hotel bar soap. Some may say I should have known to come prepared. I've never been to a hotel with such poor service. Expensive or cheap I've never encounter service like this and it is highly disappointing. This is my second stay at this location and it will be my last. I expect compensation for this disgusting service and bathroom.

Beds we’re filthy hard as the floor door locks were broken and staff gave us a hard time to change rooms,batteries kept dying on the electric door entry it was aweful.

Property was easy to access and room was very spacious. Parking was not the best because they reserved spots for people on cruises and regular guest had to take what’s available. Still was a great experience.

Waiting 45 min for airport shuttle. Only 1 elevator. Good service to cruise ship. Hotel getting dated. Needs update.

This place was very clean, nice staff. The only two things that were a concern was the homeless hanging out at the local taco bell right next door and the fact that there was nothing to drink for breakfast. The juice machine was down but you could get water from the workout room.

The check in desk was very friendly and super helpful. They were a bit under staffed which caused back ups. But the staff stayed good under pressure. Overall the hotel was fine not overwhelmed not underwhelmed. But for a night was decent. The staff that I interacted were beyond helpful and really took pride in their place of work. For a price point they were good for a night. But don’t think I would stay longer.

The lighting in the room is horrible. Lamp missing in bedroom. Switch on wall to room didn't turn on anything. There were crumbs of something that we not vaccumed from the previous visitor

This Hampton Inn could use a bit of a refreshing. It is in a great location for dining options and shopping for forgotten items. It was a short, $16 Uber from the airport and we stayed here overnight before leaving for a cruise. The breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests there like us, leaving on cruises. Hours were only until 9 and the grumpy host was shutting the doors just before 9 when clearly it was still a busy time. When I asked to extend checkout an hour (until noon) the exasperated sigh I got from the desk clerk was not appreciated. Iron in the room need to be replaced! A bit disappointed for the Hampton brand, but I’m willing to give them the chance for redemption in the future.

I arrived 15 minutes before the check in. Room was not ready. Person at the front desk said that he will place me on the wait list and will call me when the first room is available. I told him that it needs to be close to 4:30pm as my daughter needed to attend to a competition. I left and called 30 minutes later to confirm if the room was ready.

Everything was ok. It was a normal Hampton. Not fancy but fine. Water pressure on floor five was nearly zero, and bathroom sink was clogged, but mostly good.

This property was just average which was fine for our one night stay. However, the room we were assigned did not have a TV remote, we asked at the front desk and were given an older remote that did not work.. The front desk clerk, who was very pleasant and helpful, then had us switch rooms, to a suite, which was a little inconvenient but worthwhile. I cannot say enough about the clerk who helped us. She was extremely pleasant and apologetic.
