Under remodeling phase. Room was remodeled but bathroom stunk with weird odor, septic smell. The AC was excellent. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help.

This was a very convenient hotel for the Denver airport. There are many good restaurants nearby. I gave it 4/5 for staff because the check-in person did not ask us if we had a car. You have to register your car because they have a parking monitoring company that can tow your car if it is illegally parked. Parking is $12.50/night, but they never asked. The only reason I avoided this was that they had a sign by the front door on how to register with the parking company. You can also just notify the desk and take care of it there. Imagine going to your car to get to the airport to find it towed. The desk person said that would not have happened, but it is an extremely scary possibility. I do not recall Hotels.com asking if we would have a car to notify the hotel. The hotel manager said that this was an issue with third party booking companies like Hotels.com.
So, if you will have a car there, be sure to tell the staff at check in.
The reason I gave 4/5 for amenities is that the well equipped workout room was closed for renovation.
Otherwise, it was a usual wonderful Hampton Inn, and it served our purposes well.
There is a wide variety of restaurants and gas stations nearby. It is a 10 minute drive to the car rental return.
