Our trip was very nice. The room was HUGE. Way bigger than I was ever expecting. The only issue I had was the toilet was very very low to the ground.

Hallway smelled of chlorine from pool and other odd smells. Room was large, nice ceiling height but could hear upstairs room walking on floor at all hours. Sounds of water draining in pvc pipes in bathroom walls. This was a first floor room, maybe better experience on higher floor . . . Not great breakfast, good frig and microwave. Bed was poor, uncomfortable sheets, thin bedspread and no blanket to be found. Had to crank the heat. Didn’t sleep well here.

The Staff and service, was pleasant and nice. A lot of different stores and restaurants, to choose from. A lot of places, to walk to as well. Kids, enjoyed themselves with swimming every day.

When my girlfriend and I checked in and went to our room it wasn't very clean. The floor between the beds and behind the night stand had food crumbs all over. There was fast food wrappers and cups behind the tv stand, the toilet wouldn't flush without taking the lid off the tank and pulling the chain. Over all it was a nightmare and I will not stay there again. Totally put a strain on our time with the family.

THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS REALLY STUPID.I TOLD HER TO PUT THE DEPOSIT ON MY CARD AS WE WERE PAYING CASH FOR THE ROOM.SHE DID THE TOTAL OPPOSITE.WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES HOW WE WANTED BUT SHE FORCED US TO PAY FOR THE ROOM WITH THE CARD AND LEAVE THE CASH DEPOSIT FOR THE ROOM. SO WRONG

Overall my stay was just...ok. Service at the desk was good and the lobby and common areas seemed clean. I stayed in room 317 and it was very gross. Food/baby toys and clothes behind the dresser in the living room. Something splattered on the couch I had to wipe off and something splattered on the bed skirt I had to wipe off. The toilet didnt work correctly and several times I had to tinker with it to get it to flush. It was a suite and there was only 1 tv (in the bedroom) which was not convenient at all.

We rented three rooms for our family, my pastors family and our friends family. Our room had stained sheets and bedding. Our pastors room smelled like garlic and had holes in the closet door along with crayon markings all over the walls. Our other friends room smelled so strongly of garlic that she asked for another room but when she went to the new room it smelled like a gym bag full of stinking shoes and clothes. She asked for another room and the guy at the front desk told her to check her bags because it was probably her clothes and he wasn't going to give her another room. They also lied and said they have been remodeling the kitchen for 7 days and thats why they weren't giving the breakfast that is advertised but we looked on the reviews from over 4 months ago and seen that they've been giving this same excuse for months. I won't be staying there again.

Upon check in we were told the entire property was non smoking, however every floor strongly smelled of marijuana at all times of the day and night.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was very small. My kids slept on the sofa bed and we kept waking them up due to the having to go through their area to get to the bathroom. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location building being improved but the lights and tv did not work proper in my room. Only one towel in my room for my son and I. Sheets were not on the pullout bed. No blanket for the pullout bed either.

There was pretty much nothing to recommend this place except that the bed was comfortable and the sheets/pillow cases were clean. Couldn't stop the dripping in the tub faucet. Hand towel rack kept falling off the wall when pulling the towel off. No floor mat on the extremely slippery tile floor in the bathroom. Coffee was old, but it didn't matter since the little coffee maker was non functional.

We booked this hotel over others because they offered breakfast. Immediately noticed there was a sign that breakfast would not be served due to renovations, although the kitchen area was clearly finished and not being updated. Perhaps they could not serve food because of the cockroaches in the hotel, which we found on the wall in the morning. Although the hotel has been renovated it is clear that under the new pain and carpet is not clean. Behind the entertainment center was disgusting. There was either poop or blood on the wall next to the toilet. There was no Kleenex, paper towel, or napkins anywhere in the hotel. When asked for a couple paper towels to clean up a spill I was offered a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Rooms did not have functional fridges. We were denied extra towels if any kind and only were given two for our family of four. The housekeeping team seemed to be the only ones who cared about the property. Beds and shower were clean. Hotel was quiet.

Check in at 3pm rooms wasn't clean wasn't able to get room till 7pm. Hear people walking above you place smelled like pot. Recommend to stay elsewhere avoid this place

The room was dirty - the high-touch surfaces that are promised to be clean (alarm clocks, phones, ice bucket) were caked with grime and dust. Heavy scratching of paint was around the entire bed wall. There were no tissues in the room. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they no longer supply that. Really? Trying to save money by no tissues? Michael was at a loss of how to help for 25 minutes to check us in to the room. He was not supportive of a coworker who diligently tried to figure it out. After 25 minutes I suggested he call tech help. Turns out his boss, Steven, was there all along. Steven came to the front and checked us in within moments.

Regency Inn is really the Roadway Inn @ 116 Regency Park O’Fallon IL. Room key didn’t work. Had to go to front desk every time I needed to get in my room. First room hadn’t been cleaned. Mirrors nasty, empty chip bags on floor by head if the bed. Dust everywhere. Lock on door awash loose. Smelled was awful as soon as you opened the door. The sign on the wall says no pets, yet there was a dog, a barking dog in room 125. I would sat that room was the room the staff utilized or their living quarters. The smell turmeric reeked the hall in the evenings. Seeping into the room I stayed in, room 128. So I’m sure the rooms adjacent to their had it even worse. Never got fresh towels. The hallway needed some TLC. No wet floor sign by the pool door and the floor was wet a couple of times. Don’t let the pictures of this hotel trick you. For sure for advertisement. No lighting or insufficient lighting for guest in the parking lot. Bathroom door did not close had to push it hard. Light bulbs missing from night stand lamp.

This stay was horrible they have new management and no staff at all my room was never cleaned they whole week I was there never got any clean towels and the staff hardly understood me or anything I would say or as I was also told it's not their fault I had no service and no breakfast was included at all NOTHING

Well I picked this hotel because I read some reviews, but as stated in the rental on hotels.com free breakfast included. They only serve breakfast on the weekend, even though they have it posted at the front desk breakfast times Monday-Friday. I would have booked a different hotel had I known that.

Everything was good. Clean rooms and safe area. For some reason my gps said it was permanently closed, but it was not. We stayed one night and the staff was friendly. Only bad part is that everything closes so early in that area. After a cold rainy day we had to order pizza because everything was closed

Used to be a Best Western, but isn’t anymore and the management change left certain processes feeling odd, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Having a hot breakfast available was really nice.
