The hotel is conveniently located. It was clean and the room was cozy. It’s my second stay and my preferred choice.

Very friendly staff. Beds were a bit firm for me. Bathroom was clean. Shower had good hot water. LOTS of people at hotel and room was still quiet. Has gluten free breakfast choices available at guest request. On check in, was in the parking lot getting luggage out of my car and a blacked out vehicle with very loud music ( loud enough to vibrate the speaker in my car door)cruising the parking lot. Two people in vehicle rolled down a window, stopped in back of my car and started to yell. I closed my door and started to walk towards the security staff who were already headed towards me. The car moved on. A bit disturbing....

Good, clean hotel. Furnishings a little dated. Hard to get in and out of - the traffic light right at entrance is also the exit ramp off major interstate so lots of traffic at every time of day. Friendly staff who checked with is to make sure room was in order. Shower had no tubwall and shower stall floor was even with bathroom floor so a good deal of the floor is wet everytime someone uses the shower. No big deal for us but may be a fall hazard for some. Great location convenient lots of sights and activities. Room was somewhat dated but clean and felt safe

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, very friendly. We had a great time. The rooms are a bit small but overall very comfortable (note that there are no rooms for 5 and they cannot add a bed for a fifth person). Breakfast was very good. The location, near the lake, is amazing. outside pool and patio was also great.

We stayed here for one night on our way to VA the first room had blood in the bathroom on the bathtub, floor and baseboards. The front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. They moved us to a new room for the night.

Check in was pleasant. We even recived a text messagt from front desk, making sure everything was ok & aaked if we had any questions. Room was comfortable & breakfast was one of the best we have had.

Bedding, mattress and shower were excellent. Staff was very friendly. Check in and out was easy. The lake and walking trail behind the hotel was excellent for walking the dog. Information provided by front desk for pet needs was also very helpful. Internet worked well. Cleanliness and size of room were both excellent. Well located off I-26 and many eatery and coffee places.

We arrived very late and the hotel was fully book but we were welcomed with fresh cookies and water for the the room. Room was verybclean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and clean. Only downfall was it was not close to many restaurants.

When I arrived the desk clerk said I had reserved 3 rooms and wants to charge me for 2 rooms I didn’t book. I reserved 1 room and prepaid with PayPal. I do not see anything on my confirmation to say I reserved 3 rooms

It is an excellent place to stay. Located conveniently. And a reasonable price compared to others. Staff, especially Trey, were very attentive. The text check-ins were appreciated. Will stay again.

Smell of burnt incense in my room. The night manager came up and smelled it too. I was asked if I wanted to switch but my wife was in process of unpacking. Night manager informed me that he would contact his GM. Never heard anything back.

Should he told that the hotel is under construction. Water shut off for hours then no hot water. Very very unhappy with my stay here. Book a king room and it was reserved I get here and it’s not available any more.

This was just trip to check out the area. First night had dog barking. Front desk did move them to another room. Breakfast they advertised Gluten Free items. Out of the three morning they only had one Gluten Free bagel.

I want to know why hotels.com did not offer me any discounts? Like AARP, Senior, Retired Military,
American Legion, EANGUS.

The hotel itself was great. The desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast hostess not so much. Breakfast was served from 7a-10am. When I went inside the breakfast area I said “Good Morning” to which I received a grunt. I made my plate and turned around to go out and she had shut the doors behind me. She let me out and after I got to my table I checked my phone for the time. I thought maybe it was way after 10am. It was 10:01am. After I sat down several other guest came by but were closed out. So I guess unlike other Hamptons I have visited, you should have your food and be out by 9:45am.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast had numerous hot and cold food items including cheese omelettes, waffles, bacon, cold cereals and fresh fruit salad. Staff was friendly 😄. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

We were a team of three couples and we enjoyed the stay in your hotel very much, especially the morning walk around the lake and the walkway. I forgot my bracelet and reading glasses in my room and the staff recovered them and mailed them to me. Really appreciated that!

The rooms were clean and well kept. The property outside was just welcoming with the soft lights hung over the walkway entrance. After driving 10 hours it was really nice to take a stroll behind the hotel on their paved walking path around the pond and see a few animals. It was a Beautiful view. My family was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. A good choice of options for all, and the dining area was nice and clean. The staff did a great job keeping up behind others. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we had to come that way. If there is one suggestion I could make for the hotel is to have the pool heated since they keep it open all year.

The description and pictures of the room were extremely deceptive. There were nice pictures on line of the room we chose and it was very scarcely furnished when we arrived. The couch in the room was dirty. My husband and I placed the extra blanket on it to be able to sit on it. The bedroom chest was missing a handle and the tv chest - the drawer wouldn’t shut. Very disappointed in the price we paid for what was actually in the dirty room.

We stayed here for a night after taking our 2 dogs to Congaree National Park earlier in the day. Very nice hotel with a convenient location right off the highway. The breakfast was good and there is a lake behind the hotel with a walking path that is perfect for guests with dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was exceptionally clean. So glad to have housekeeping again post-Covid! Front desk responded quickly to questions. Daily breakfast was wonderful.
