Dirty rooms and poor facility. The rooms had paint peeling, stains and the ceiling was peeling. The bed was broken, you could feel the springs in your back. I reached out to the property and not even an apology. Stay elsewhere.

We had 3 doubles for 3 nights. The crew got eaten up. Y bed bugs and left in the middle of the first night. Since I had prepaid - I was out the cost for the 3 nights 3 rooms each. I would be careful here. The staff was nice. Hotel is bad shape. This is my first negative review. We use alot of hotels for our crews.

It was frustrating to be communicated with in such a flippant manner by the hotel desk staff. At 9:30PM, there was no line. I was absolutely polite and courteous - as I travel a lot and appreciate good service. I treat others as I expect to be treated and the gal was just rude and sassy. There was no reason for this immature behavior.

I appreciated that the clerk told me they were repaving the parking lot before I arrived. The remote for the TV didn't have batteries in it. The clerk got me a new one. There were several spiders crawling around on the floor- so it made me wonder how often the room was used/cleaned. There was a smell to the room when you walk in- not sure if it was musty, mold or something else. I knew I wasn't paying for top-of-the-line. I got what I paid for.

The lady was rude from check in and the hotel manager was very disrespectful I would never stay there again. Then try charging my card a extra $90 dollars for my stay ridiculous.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Traffic noise from the freeway, a very slow draining bathtub (I stood in ankle deep water while taking a shower) and a disturbance in the hallway at midnight (people fighting and yelling, slamming doors) made for a poor night’s sleep.

The room are very dated. The bathrooms were in particularly rough shape with water damage and rot in the corners and ceiling. There were a bunch of dead bugs on both of the rooms we rented (and we had to ask to be moved). The room on the main floor smelled very strongly of Indian/Asian spices, as though somebody had been cooking that food in the rooms. That was really unpleasant (and I enjoy eating that kind of food). The rooms we got moved to on the 2nd floor were better, though still not great. I will look to book a nicer hotel next time around.

Reception person was not very friendly, loud partying in the rooms adjacent, and doors slamming throughout the night, the rooms are not very soundproof. Top of the stairs to the first floor, there was a plug-in cover laying on the carpet, which foretold the condition of the room: mold in the bathtub, stained carpet, and old-style bedding. The bed was bouncy, no support, the blanket old and scratchy, and top cover, dated, and old. Invest in better mattresses!

Staff was friendly. For one night it was convenient. Bathrooms need updating. The price was jacked up for the weekend due to the ISU football game. Breakfast hit the spot.

Checked in late after long drive (11pm)There was leftover food in the fridge and an empty beer bottle under the bed. We didn't feel like it was clean enough we could even sleep under the blankets of the beds so just laid on top and left right away in the morning

The staff is very nice and trying real hard, but they are in over their heads and the place is a dump. I skimped on this one and I got what I paid for. First, the exterior of the place looked like a crack house. Plywood in front, weeds and garbage everywhere. And the interior didn't get much better. The place was dingy and smelly. The room was OK, but clearly needs updating. The pool area must have been 150 degrees and not secure. Anyone could walk-in off the street. The worst though was when a mouse ran through the dining area as we were eating our breakfast. Go somewhere else. There a lot better places right across the street.

They post that breakfast service was until 9. I went to the dining area at 8:50. I realize things will be picked over, but it was mostly put away already. There was toast, but no butter, yogurt, but no spoons. We were able to still get coffee, but had to go with out the breakfast we were told we would get. When I talked to the lady as she walked through the area, I questioned her about the time it closed, she confirmed that it was over at 9. I told her it was just now 9. She said “yep” and kept walking. I don’t know if she was responsible for it being cleaned up, so it may not have been her issue. When the man that checked us in the night before came in, I spoke with him about it, and he offered to get us anything we needed. It was too late, I was upset. He was nice so I felt bad about my response. But I did tell him that if they advertise they close at 9. They shouldn’t stop serving until 9. That is am early close for a hotel ona weekend.
