Overall good. Average property. Staff was very friendly. The rooms have been well loved, but overall clean. Good for a quick stay, nothing fancy. There are a lot of chickens wandering around, which was quite unique.

Roosters were super loud so early in the morning and maybe the walls are thin but could hear all the activity happening outside our door. Sleep wasn’t great.. There were a few hairs in the bathroom and the carpet wasn’t very clean. the front desk was friendly and they offered to see what they could do about the roosters.

The room had a bad feet smell to it. Tub faucet leaked. Bed was uncomfortable. Old lumpy mattress. Roosters are everywhere crowing all night. Woke up to chicken poop outside the door.

Overall the room was clean but carpet needs some attention! The fridge was not on so had to wait awhile to get cool. The microwave didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work either.

Good value. Clean property. Conveniently located to downtown Yuba City with tons of restaurants. Very good breakfast included. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed 4 nights and it was wonderful. The staff we very friendly, the room were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was something different everyday. The pools were nice and clean, definitely recommend.

Roosters were crowing all night. Slept very little. Bed comfortable. Toilet paper and tissue paper thinnest I’ve ever seen.

Gave me the wrong type of room, but i was too tired to go back and complain. Super loud in the morning with large trucks starting up. Internet/wifi didn’t work. Ac didn't work. Pretty ghetto hotel.

The property wasn’t terrible, but definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The worst issue for my family and I was the roosters. I am 6 months pregnant and already have issues sleeping. One rooster woke me up at 4 am and kept making noises till we checked out. The rooster issue, even though it is no fault of the hotel should definitely be told to customers so they can beware.

We stayed there last night. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. It appeared to be streaming and the signal was constantly interrupted. The shower water pressure was very strong, which my husband liked. The breakfast was good. Overall good value.

Bed was comfortable, but we were woken up VERY early by screeching roosters. I realize this isn't a hotel problem, but future customers should be aware. I couldn't figure out where the rooster could possibly be living until I left the next morning and there was a rooster walking around the property. Weird, but maybe just a Yuba City thing?

Great option for a low price , breakfast has everything omelette, waffles, cereal , bagels etc , clean and quiet pool , the only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have late check out , we had an emergency but for 2 hours you have to pay $50 to stay late, other than that everything was great

Updated and very clean rooms in Yuba City. A little odd finding the place but otherwise a great choice for us when seeing a concert in Wheatland. Highly recommend

Our Queen room was large, very clean and recently updated. Our bed was fresh and comfortable. USB ports would have been nice but otherwise plenty of outlets. Neighbors outside were a bit noisy

The location was in a convenient location for us. Overall, our stay was good. AC was a bit loud, and when taking a shower the water did not drain very good. Breakfast options were good.

The hotel was middle of the road at best. Not worth the price, comparable to Motel 6. Breakfast is a joke (man eating still in his pajamas). Hope you like sleeping on a stiff mattress.Dirty bathroom stains on the carpet.
