I wasn’t expecting much for $50 but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a very basic accommodation…no fridge, microwave or coffee maker but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a great walk in shower and located less than a quarter mile off I-15. All I needed was a bed, shower and a quiet nights sleep. Hotel Jefe provided all I needed. I would definitely stay again.

It's just okay, no breakfast ,no hair conditioner, only 1 big towels with a family of 3 or a room of 4,even I asked at the front desk to get it to my room but nothing happened??

Strange place. Pretty run down, not super clean, not a great part of town (is there one?). Lot's of security, they actually are good, but my car still got a dent on the hood. At night the music is unbelievably loud. The only way to order food is to yell at the waitstaff. Impossible to hear them when they talk to you. Who does this hotel cater to? The staff was nice.

The hotel clerk on duty said it would be with me in just a bit, but I waited 10 minutes for another clerk to come and check me in, while the original clerk constantly complained about being there while I stood there waiting.

Stayed here for my sons baseball tournament and won’t be returning. The beds were only doubles but the room size could definitely fit queens. The mattresses were horrible and the covers were sheets only with a very old thin blanket. Pillows were the size of an accent pillow. Walls are super thin, you hear everything and it gets super noisy at night in the hallways and surrounding rooms. We got very little sleep during our stay . The shower was meant for a 4 ft person . At 5’9, kneeling in the shower was the only way the water would be able to hit my head. The water was very low pressure and you could only turn the knob so far which made for pretty cold showers . The pool was disgusting so no swimming for the kids . The hallway smelled like mildew especially in the mornings. I will say our room was clean but that was the only positive. I would not recommend this for place for stays longer than one night and definitely not if you have kids .

A very dirty place, stains in the bathroom, very old bathtubs, wet water valves, doors in great deterioration, even though they promote it as remodeled.

Nice hotel, kept very clean. Staff friendly, room had everything we needed. Area was a little rough, parking lot was well patrolled, but people threw trash everywhere! They cleaned it up every morning! The beds were so comfortable! Convenient to freeway and downtown attractions.

This was my third time staying there but the first time I got a remodeled room, staying in one of the new rooms is like staying at a totally different hotel.

Staff were all nice. 90% of the staff speak spanish only They were friendly The location is horrible In the middle of nowhere We paid over 300.00 per night When we got there , the billboard in front of the hotel advertizes 49.00 as the nightly rate We didnt expect the restaurant/bar staff tp be half naked The room had no blankits on the beds? Just a sheet We checked out 5 minutes after we checked in The hotel returned my money for 1 of the nights that i had reserved 99

The level of filth was vomit inducing. This place is obviously running out the clock since the property from my best guess is less than 1000 feet from Home Plate of the new stadium that’s going to be built. I’ve never seen a dirtier shower curtain.

The property is Motel 6ish with less comfortable beds and pillows. The towels are small and low quality, something you’d see used in an institutional setting. Don’t stay on the parking lot side it will be loud all night.

I was happy with everything. Good security, room was clean, I had to stay in a smoking room but it had a little odor, good coffee downstairs in the morning. Quarter laundry available but I didn't use it. No charge for my dogs.

This was a dog friendly property, there was a little gated area where my golden retriever was able to go to. We got one of the smoke rooms because they were no other rooms that were smoke-free available. The good was it was short distance from both Fremont Street and the strip, they allow dogs, and their staff is super friendly. The bad was their rooms are very outdated. The smoke got unbearable so we got an air purifier to help. We did not try the food they sold at the bar. The ladies at the bar are beautiful and helpful.

Overall decent hotel with basic amenities for you and your family. P.s if you need the iron or blow dryer you can ask at the reception desk and they will gladly let you borrow it.

They had my car impounded for parking in the loading zone after spying on me take my girlfriends birthday surprises back and forth into the room. We came out and my car was gone, taking it across the street. I had my car within an hour but after $340

Upon first impressions, I must say, that this hotel has been labeled as " family-friendly is not truly the most accurate. I wouldn't say the location around the hotel is sketchy but the environment seems a bit like a local destination for those needing temporary life accommodations. I appreciate the night front desk representative calling although I did not leave a voicemail to ensure our stay as we had a late check-in. I am happy they allowed pets in the room without steep pet fees. The room when entered was as expected had tile flooring in the case of pet accidents of course, beds were super uncomfortable and bed coverings were cold and thin. There was only one curtain and it did not cover the window well enough keep lights and dark out of the room like in other hotels so we had to shift a chair to hold the curtain closed still light was intrusive to our sleep. The next morning discussing our situation with my inlaws we got invited to stay in the home. When going to from desk to inquire about an early checkout, my husband had to wait till the front desk lady was done playing her game on her cell phone to get his questions answered. Let's just say she was not very helpful and had a whole lot of attitude when I followed up with what we should do. Not taking it too personally I just went to our apps customer service where they were more accommodating. Thankfully we did receive part of our money back. The hotel is good for adults who have pets in need of a bed for the night.
