Everything okay unless the paperthin windows. You‘ll hear the street (metro right in front of the house, some drunk people) the whole night. I don‘t get why they don’t have a better isolation!

An amazing place to stay and visit the magnificent town of Strasbourg.

Nice room and kind staff. Close enough to city center. Parking in underground is small so be careful. Public parking is available within 2 minutes walk.

Very new and clean hotel with nice rooms and a fantastic breakfirst with good, local products.

It is not a 4 star hotel. There were many disappointed things during my stay at this hotel. Summirizing them: 1. The wifi signal is bad. Unless you are at the corridor outside the room you can connect but even if you can connect the speed is extremely slow. 2. Pillows are disgusting. They were not white anymore, they were with yellow stain and when I ask them to change them then they told me they can not because for them it is normal that the pillows look like that. 3. Elevator is really uncomfortable and old. 4. The breakfast is not as it is shown on the pictures. For the price you have to pay, It is better if you just buy something else outside for a lower price.

The hotel does not seem up to a four star standard. Some parts (lobby, elevator, corridors) are really old. The bathroom was renovated instead. Breakfast area is quite small. Breakfast variety was old but several things (some cakes and fruit) were not always very fresh. Cleaning was ok. Good position near the Center. For the price we paid, it was good value for money

I sent this e-mail but nobody answered me : "I made a reservation through hotels.com, number: 9205206311589, date: 29th December to 31st December, but I had a lot of problems getting to city. First, our train was cancelled because of the strike, so we rent a car and for our lucky we hit the car in a pig on the road, because of this we needed to call to our car insurance and then we used the hotel’s telephone, but the number we called is a free number, however were charged for these calls. I’d like to know if it is possible to be compensated for this charge. I asked to the receptionist but she couldn’t do anything until 8 e we had to leave before this time. I appreciate if you considered this because we had a lot of expenses for the car and for the hotel you will not be charged with this calls. The number of facture is 189307"

It was fine. My room was right next to an elevator shaft and you could hear it all night. The check in process wasn’t smooth either. Breakfast is excellent though.

The staff were excellent, they were always willing to help. The underground parking is tricky due to physical size. If you had a large vehicle you would struggle to negotiate in and out of the car park.

Hotel was very clean. People helpful. The elevator takes only 2 people with luggage at one time. Breakfast was very good, nice choices. Close and easy walk to the Cathedral and old town.

The room was very nice and modern. We were disappointed to find no parking available. We didn't know that you had to reserve it in advance. Location was excellent. We didn't have breakfast here.

There was very minimal lighting. There was once lamp in my room, so once the sun set I mostly shuffled around in the dark.

Lovely hotel Friendly helpful staff & great location

My experience at Hotel Diana Dauphine was an extremely favourable one. Was allowed to have an early check in and having requested a quiet room, couldn’t have been more delighted! Comfortable, cosy with lots of nice touches in the bathroom. No hesitation in recommending and extremely good value for money.

A very noisy group were on the same floor. phoned reception at 12.30 and a man came and all went quiet until between 1.30 and 3am when noise was bad. phoned the 24hr reception several times but no answer.

So, be careful when parking and bring a compact car. But all in all.... great place to stay, I would definitely wo back.

Hotel wAs only a few blocks from station. Staff was very nice. Room was a decent size, but bathroom was a little small. TV was huge! It was pleasant staying here. I would recommend to others.

Overall the hotel stay was good value. Breakfast was great. Location was good as it was near to tram station and also within walking distance to the city center.

Do not select this hotel if you travel by car. The parking situation is horrible. The hotel garage has impossibly steep and narrow ramps. The slightest mistake will cause damage to your car. It is impossible to enter/exit this garage without someone guiding you every step of the way. To make matters worse, the garage entry is right in front of the tram rails. This is an old hotel with old infrastructure made over to look like a modern boutique hotel. For example, the elevators are extremely small. On the positive side: The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good option for comfortable travel on a budget.

The wasn't enough lighting in the room, and the bed lamps didn't work even after a technician came to fixe them.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean. The location of the hotel was awesome! Unfortunately, nobody mentioned the parking garage was ONLY built for cars. Nothing larger than a car will fit, leaving you to find parking elsewhere. Another con was the bed was hard as a rock! Didn't sleep at all! Oh and the elevator was so small only 2 people could fit into it without luggage.
