Staff at the Hotel were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, my daughter is a wheelchair user so only let down was the lift to get in to the Hotel broke down twice and from the appearance of the Lift it was old and looked poorly maintained so we knew it was going to be an issue when we arrived at the Hotel, however on the occasions it did break the staff we very caring and did the best to accommodate and make sure it got fixed as quick as it could do.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Any little issues that came up were quickly dealt with. A great stay.

Nice hotel. Room was small, but clean and comfy. Food was vonvenient and breakfast was included. It was a great spread with lots of good choices. Easy to get taxis from there. Ristorante Arno was an enjoyable experience.
