Świetna komunikacja z właścicielką. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Parking na miejscu - ale uwaga: brama wąska, Kodiaq na złożonych lusterkach wjechał, ale szersze auto może nie dać rady.
Pokoje wygodne, ładne.
Obok, 1 minuta spacerem super kawiarnia z daniami na ciepło i śniadaniami ( od 8.00 kanapki i na słono, a od 9.00 jajecznica, tost z avocado itp). 1 min od hotelu przystanek autobusowy powrotny z np Ponte Vecchio, a 3 min w stronę Ponte Vecchio.
3 min obok bar ( kawa, słodkości) i przystanek z autobusem bezpośrednim do San Marco.
Do Ponte Vecchio spacerkiem ok 15- 20 min wolnym tempem.
Hotel mieści się w strefie wolnej od ZTL :)

Może trochę słychać z korytarza głosy, ale to dla wrażliwych osób. Jest tak kameralny hotel, że nawet jak byli inni goście to w zasadzie nie było ich słychać za bardzo.

Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Piazzale Michelangelo, zur Ponte Vecchio 20 Minuten. Super Frühstückscafè mit internationalem Frühstück direkt nebenan, parken vor der Haustür möglich. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich in der Küche an Kaffee, Tee und Joghurt zu bedienen.
Etwas laut, da direkt am Kreisverkehr gelegen, direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster (ebenerdig) befindet sich außerdem eine Nebenstraße, so daß man manchmal das Gefühl hatte, die Motorroller fahren durchs Zimmer.

The location is still viable to walk to the city centre, although it is some 15' walk distance.
Breakfast quality not satisfactorily. No fresh food. Stony bread.
The room was quite bare and the bathroom very very small. Same for shower. The bed uncomfortable and short. Very noisy the room, we were awaken 3 times but loud noises during the night.
The price tag is not low for a B&B (almost 180 for two nights) and we regret not having taking the 4stars hotel that was in offer at the same price on Booking.
All in all we regret we will definitively not be back here. Maybe we were unlucky with the bedroom and breakfast..but the price should be 30-40% less for this quality
