We traveled here for my surgery at oakleaf. They had an awesome tea station and delicious coffee. It seems like a well kept old building. All of the staff were great, whenever I was out the housekeepers and maintenance man were busy tidying up, makes the place feel more clean and comfortable. The blonde lady was especially kind, I didn’t get her name but she brought me extra towels a few times and just had genuine compassion for me. She was always busy as well!!! (But still got to us all in good time) This place was a gem for me to recover from my surgery, and they offer a discount for oakleaf hospital patients.
If I could give any construction, the carpets feel forever moist from the humidity and rain, to a desert dweller like me it feels weird lol. Maybe leaving the acs on would help, or fans!! 😅

The woman that greeted us was the most personable hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She greeted us like an old friend every time she saw us coming and going! Will definitely be staying here again!

Our room was clean, and perfect for us with two queen beds. There was a large TV, a fridge, and a clean bathroom.
The check-in was smooth and quick. The free breakfast had good options — pancakes, cereal and milk, bread/bagels, biscuits and sausage gravy, and a variety of fruit juices. (There was probably coffee/tea, but I wasn't looking for them.) There were also vending machines in the hall with drink and snack options.
The staff was pleasant at check-in and checkout.
There was tons of free parking available. There was a fitness room, but we didn't use it.
All in all, a nice place at a fair price for our one-night stay.
