We had left an item in our room during a previous stay and notified them. When we stayed there again on our return trip they were able to provide it back to us from their lost and found. Breakfast was improved, (Saturday morning), over our stay on the outbound trip, (Sunday morning), providing eggs and sausage that were not on the previous menu.
There were spots of mold on the louvers of the HVAC for the room. We asked the staff for some cleaning/disinfecting supplies that they provided, with which we cleaned the unit so we did not have to relocate to a different room.

Great location!
Needs updating. No working fan in the bathroom. Inefficient air conditioning which was hard to regulate. Lots of hallway and traffic noise. No elevator.
