Amazing Stay here for tge weekend.Kuds loved it.Place was clean . Fridge wasnt working in the work and i went to the front desk by the time i got back to the room maintenence was there with a replacement. Excellent service and awesome staff.

Family of 5 from Indiana to sight see NYC. Hotel in a safe area around other hotels and businesses, with many restaurants within walking distance. Bus to the city was super convenient, with pickup and dropoff just outside the door. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I love to get away once and awhile but still be close to home. This spot is perfect overnighter or weekend gateway. The service is always accommodating and friendly. You don’t find customer service reps anywhere else. They are always friendly and nice.

Entrance was a mest up. No one help to keep the parking space in front clear for guests .

Property was easy to get to and offered free covered parking. Staff were pleasant. Hotel was under construction so it was a bit noisy.

Poor breakfast. Small breakfast area. Poor room cleaning service. Dirty carpets. When we arrived we found a rotten fruit underneath a sofa. Towel renewal only by request. Ameena and the reception staff were kind. Excellent bussing option. Overall, I will consider different options next time.

Property was in construction, leading to bad rooms which were assigned to us. There is no discount in price, which the most annoying part. Really not worth from stay to service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a quiet area with restaurants within a short walk. The bus stop(320 Route) into the city is about 10ft away. The hotel is quiet even while under construction. The staff was helpful with our requests and they worked hard to keep the free breakfast replenished. They even have fresh NY bagels! Would certainly stay there again.

False advertising. No room service after a certain time . No pool as it was shown on the marketing page . Also renovation was happening. Our room was not show as in pictures. Staff (front desk) said they asked if Expedia can take down false advertising. I believe they are putting up future renovations pictures . Our room was filthy

It was a great stay! I’d say a solid 4 out of 5. The room is a perfect size for a family with kids. Our room had a L-shaped couch that turned into a full size bed, in addition to the two beds already in the room. There were also two sinks. One of which was in a “mini-bar area” with a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. The staff is very accommodating, quick, and friendly! My only beef was that the room was not as clean as I hoped. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was visible fingerprints, dust/dirt, possible mold in the shower and the headboards had some smudges. I carry wipes with me, so I wiped them down. The lobby area has a dining area, a lounge area and a computer for customer use. They do offer a free breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the location!! There are several bus stops that take you to different places in NJ and take you to NY. There’s several dining and retail shops around the hotel, some of which are walking distance. One last thing, there was ongoing construction throughout the hotel, that started at 8 am and we heard it on the 6th floor. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel and I would consider staying here again.

Stayed in Jersey for 5 nights, the room was amazing. Great size. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower was mid. The bus outside the hotel to New York was very handy. Overall the hotel was really nice.

Public Transportation was great going to Manhattan. We had a car for a couple of days and it was easy to get around the New Jersey area. But we spent most of our time in Manhattan. Overall, a good hotel and easy to get to Manhattan.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. However, the room was not fully cleaned. We found what looked like menstrual blood on the comforter. Staff were quick to replace it but that is unacceptable. Facility notices said it will be updated in 2024 and definitely needs it. Also disappointed by Expedia price-significantly higher than if we would have paid that day directly from the Hyatt.

The hotel is old and expensive. At breakfast they always serve the same thing. Due to change of plans I had to stay a day earlier, so the next day I had to check out (11am) and they could not accommodate me in the same room, when I asked for the key to the other room they told me I could take it until 3pm, if I wanted to occupy it immediately I had to pay 75 usd. So we rushed to vacate the room and I told them if they could take care of my bags while we left and waited for 3pm. Another very nice operator told us no problem, we could occupy the room. The new room was one floor down and was exactly the same as the other one. Goodbye Hyatt.

Good location, easy access to bus 320 for NY or bus 85 for American Dream Mall. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and a functional gym onsite. There are restaurants within walking distance away.

The bath tub was clogged when we arrived in our room. We had to wait for the maintenance to fix it so we can use the shower. The room layout and decor needs updating. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Not too bad. this hotel has real qualities: large, quiet, large rooms, cleanliness, good geographical location (easy and quick to reach Manhattan at the Port Authority station) but... small flaws: unfriendly staff for the most part. sufficient buffet but offering little choice. On our last day, no bread for customers arriving for breakfast after 8 a.m. despite this points. good value for money overall

Came in with family & stayed for one night prior to embarking on a cruise out of Brooklyn. Convenient to park for free while we were away for a week. Clean hotel, felt safe also. Will definitely stay again next year for our next cruise.

The room was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for three of us to get ready to go to a wedding. The breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying. Covered access to the parking garage was helpful considering the weather. And access to the hotel itself from our events was not difficult.
