I stayed in this hotel when I was visiting Passau. It is about 20 miles from the city center. Located in a nice area at a nice golf course. The hotel staff is unexpectedly unfriendly and unhelpful for a five star hotel. The breakfast was included in the price and the selection is not bad. But everything was dirty. The coffee cup was not properly washed and the tea maker still had old tea leafs in it. To me lack of hygiene is absolutely unacceptable...
