This place was wonderful. So nice, beautiful and all the great comforts. So quiet and peaceful. We wanted to stay longer. Restaurant and bar were so accommodating. Great food as well. We will be back.

Check in was an easy process and the staff were super nice. Room was big with 2 queen beds and a very nice bathroom. It was very comfortable sleeping there and it was close to a lot of places. Would highly recommend staying here if going to Universal Studios!

I only spent a night here, but the room service was fast, and the food was delicious. I loved that we could order breakfast the night before so we could wake up to an immediate meal (and coffee). This hotel is gorgeous, and I would absolutely recommend to friends in Burbank.

Had a great stay at this older but very well maintained hotel. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and ensured that our stay was pleasant. The restaurant on site was great with very nice food. The hotel shuttle was a bonus with exceptionally friendly drivers who were always willing to assist. Just one thing to note, the website states that there are laundry facilities, but the facilities are not actually on site at this hotel but are across the road at another hotel that is owned by 'Coast' Hotels.

This was an excellent hotel for our Universal trip. The cost of the hotels right next to Universal within our price range didn't make the walk really worth it. So I looked for a place that was 10 minutes out of the way. All the staff here were great and greeted us as we went in and out. Cleaning staff was fantastic. We didn't take advantage of the room service, but their prices weren't too bad. ~$16 per dish with a 20% service charge. If we really wanted to use it, the convenience cost made sense for what was being offered. Parking was easy, but it didn't feel like there were too many people checked in (it was during a weird winter storm warning). If I didn't feel like paying for convenient location to Universal, I would go to this hotel again.

Doors don’t have security locks inside. Hotel has a poor hvac system. It just doesn’t work. The room was maintaining a temp of 71-72 during night time, even when the thermostat was set to 60. Too much noise from outside.

Nice hotel close to Universal. Kids loved the bathroom in our King suite. Sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and it would be nice to have better lighting but it was a generally nice place

We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was nicely decorated & very large. A larger television would be nice for viewing from the bed - the room is that big! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful including the front desk, the maid staff, and the shuttle drivers. (Great shuttle service. We used it every day) Our stay was quiet except for one night when people were chatty in the hallway @ 3am. Our room faced Olive Avenue which is a busy street. If traffic noise bothers you, you may want to request a room facing the parking lot.

Great hotel. Very clean and good service. Shuttle was a great perk! I wish they had filtered water bottle fillers, but I was able to get water from the restaurant which was fine. Not alot to walk to from there but since we had the shuttle service it was totally fine.

I was in the area for a studio tour and wanted to be close. The Coast Anabelle seemed like a nice place to rest my head for my short trip. My late-ish check in was still greeted warmly by the front desk clerk. She handed me my bottled water (free - there’s Voss in the room which you pay extra for) and gave me a warm welcome. In my room was a small bag of Lindt chocolates which is always a delight to see. The room and bathroom were both in great shape with minor nicks but well kept up and clean. The shower is big - two shower heads (one a rain type). My room faced the parking lot which meant I avoided hearing the traffic on the street. The cozy bar/restaurant is really nice. Staff was welcoming. I only had a sandwich which was quite tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my far too short stay at this hotel.

Celebrated our anniversary and I must say, this place was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was very nice, we used the shuttle do visit lots of places in Burbank. They even dropped us off at the mall on our last day of stay at checkout time. We got to do alot of things thanks to the free shuttle. The hotel, is worth the stay. Oh, the beds are comfortable for a good night sleep. We traveled from Texas and we're happy with our stay at the Coast Annabelle

This was a great place to stay at while my family was visiting Universal Studios. The streets around the hotel were never busy and the parking was right outside the entrance. The place was very clean the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that annoyed me was that if you need to use a microwave, you have to walk across the street to the safari inn and go into the laundry room. That’s also where the pool is located. This was pretty frustrating and so I probably would choose another hotel if I’m ever in the area. However this doesn’t change the fact that my stay was nice and if that’s not an issue for you then I think it’s a great option.

The staff are very respectful. The room is clean but seems to be dated. There is a smell that I can’t describe. It smells like nothing bad but something that you will now that the room has a smell that is old if that makes any sense.

By most standards, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, the food is good and the STAFF is friendly and helpful. If that was the end of the story, I would have given them 5 stars. Note that I said the staff is friendly and helpful. Sadly, the management CHOSE to turn what should have been a positive experience for my wife and I into a very negative one. On 1/17/2024, I booked a room through Hotels.com for 1/19/2024. Or so I thought. I immediately realized that I mistakenly booked the room for the 18th. I immediately called the hotel and asked them to change my reservation from the 18th to the 19th. They happily reserved a room for the 19th. Great, right? Wrong. After locking me in for the 19th they informed me that they were keeping my money for the 18th. It turns out that once you pull the trigger on a room at this place, that's it. No refunds, no changes, no discussion, no compassion. Plus, they tacked on a little extra for the 19th because it was a Friday. Even if they had charged me a reasonable cancellation fee, we wouldn't be having this discussion. But...no. Bottom line, my one-night stay cost me well over $500!! When I returned home I called the hotel to plead my case once more only to be told NO with a Sorry, sucks to be you attitude. So, if you choose to stay here, cross every T and dot every I and pray you don't need any humanity because none will be offered. What a shame.

We had a room behind the front desk and you can honestly hear everyone in the bar at night. I had to play white noise to drown out the noisiness. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel room with a shuttle to Universal that was super convenient. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It’s too bad our room had paper thin walls.

I don’t have high expectations of hotel restaurants but the one here was excellent. I had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and every one was great. Hotel staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was great! There were a lot of ambulance sirens as there is a apparently a hospital in close proximity but didn’t hear any during the time I slept which was good, more so in the early evening.

The air conditioning does not work in any room. It's December and it feels like August in California. They offered us another room but it was just as hot. I do not recommend it

Stayed here for 2 nights and rooms were very clean. Bathrooms are spacious with 2 shower heads. Feels homey as its not big hotel which makes it more quiet. Close to the freeway, Universal studios and commercial places like Porto's bakery. Will come back to stay here next time we visit
