We needed to change room upon check in. Walking into first room had a roach crawling on the wall. Changed room. Front deck was very nice and apologetic.

We had a late check in and the front desk employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beds were comfy and nice to have the grab and go option in the morning.

Close proximity to everything - food, shopping, gas and groceries plus Downtown is only a few minutes away for great entertainment. I would definitely recommend!

Wasn’t very clean. Had to request all supplies for the kitchen, instead of them being stocked. Overall a bit lacking. Especially for what we paid.

This was just your average hotel resort. Nothing special. But had all the amenities of home in the kitchen which was very nice. The free breakfast was nothing more than a small cold muffin or a granola bar. I don't call that breakfast...

My hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. Someone had been smoking cigarettes in that room prior to my arrival. I could not switch rooms either because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend, as were other nearby hotels. I woke up with a headache from the smell. I was seriously considering just sleeping in my car. Worst experience in a hotel, ever!

One night with dog. Room was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the fridge with freezer so I could freeze my ice packs overnight. I would stay here again.

Checked in had dirty sheets on bed remote didn’t work to tv so changed rooms and after getting off elevator it’s smelled lik dead body’s the trash room on the 3rd floor had the whole floor stinking and front desk lady said she don’t do it till 3am and it was only 10 pm so we checked out

This place is adequate—no better and in some ways, worse. Almost everything in my room worked (a couple lights didn’t), but all the furnishings, linens, pillows, toilet paper, etc) were as cheap as possible — Dollar Store quality. Smoking is apparently allowed in some rooms, so although I had a nonsmoking room, I could smell the smoke constantly through the thin walls. The bed, thankfully, was good enough to sleep on. The room rate was cheaper than most comparable properties in the area, so…you get what you pay for.

Easy check in. Good value. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would have liked a coffee maker and a hair dryer. No one was at the desk at 630 a.m. so I left our room card keys on the desk. Wasnt sure how to check out.

i have no words. we stayed there and just the stench of the place was enough for me to say “check out right now and we’ll go somewhere else” minutes after entering the room. If u love the smell of cigarettes and must this is right up ur alley. ( not kidding) would have expected this sort of service/cleanliness from a motel 6. the price does not reflect at all what goes on in that place. i literally got chills leaving bc i was just so in shock at my experience.

The stay was disappointing. The hallway had a weird smell to it, as did our room, and the "breakfast" was anything but a breakfast (it was only packaged muffins, flattened granola bars, and some oatmeal). We stayed here because the listing said breakfast was included. Had we known how paltry it would be, we would have stayed somewhere else. The air conditioning unit also made sporadic, loud noises. We did not sleep well at all.

Lobby and elevators were not clean. Room was incredibly outdated and smelled like weed. I immediately walked out after entering and found another hotel down the street.

We booked 2 rooms through Expedia and thankfully that at least had our reservation but we had to squeeze everyone into one room. There were little gnats in our room which was not great

Stay was great no problems. Check in was a issue. The hotel could not find my reservation. I was told by Irene on a live chat with you guys that. I may have hit the back button after I booked my room? The only thing she could do is cancel my room so I can re book. Payment was made and conformation email was sent. The manager had to look into it and eventually find my booking.

Kitchen had not been cleaned, dirty stove top parts in sink w food on them. Room had bad odor. Person at the desk not very friendly, or hospitable. We’ve never stayed in an extended stay. Also website said breakfast. They did not serve breakfast they had coffee and packed muffins. We thought it was a holiday inn express. Will never stay at an extended stay again

I didn't care for the way the front desk agent hollered at me as I exited the elevator at 7:35am asking me if I was checking out. Check out time is 11am also I was speaking to someone else and not at the desk.

Everything was wonderful however, my room had a kitchen but no coffee maker, utensils or any thing at all in it. For the price I paid I thought there would be a few things in the kitchen.

We simply needed an overnight stay on a road trip, so we weren't looking for anything except: Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower, and decent tv channels. We got all of that, plus friendly check in.

It is very ordinary with bare minimum amenities - could not even print tickets - front desk said they needed management permission that was never followed up. Free breakfast is goofy as it is grab and go with oats/hotwater nd muffins.

This was a good place to stay for three nights with basic amenities--a nice 2-star hotel. The staff were all friendly, professional, well dressed and courteous. It was safe, secure, clean, and well managed. The immediate surrounding neighborhood was mostly industrial and my car was secure in the hotel parking lot. Had it not been UofI Homecoming weekend, what I was charged ($706) would have bought a much better accommodation elsewhere. A few complaints: 1. Only continental breakfast (went to Bob Evans nearby for breakfast); 2. No ice machine; 3. No extra blanket in the room; 4. No non-skid mat in the shower; 5. Had difficulty making the key card open the door (always took 3 or 4 tries to make it work); 6. Was never able to get their Wi-Fi to work with my iPad. It was just easier to use my phone as a Wi-Fi hot spot rather than waste time troubleshooting the motel's Wi-Fi. 7. No provision for charging USB devices. Despite all that, I can still recommend this hotel as a safe, clean and basic place to stay for anyone on a budget.

My day started off rough because the I got all my stuff up the elevator to the door and the keys that he had just swiped wouldn't work so he wanted me to come back downstairs and push that heavy cart with all my items on it back down the steps to get new keys he didn't want to come and handle the situation and bring me new keys I had driven a long ways hours and hours and was tired and just wanted to get in my room and relax. After some time he showed up with new keys and up until then I was standing outside my room. That evening I had left out and came back in and I went to relax after a nice hot bath which was excellent bathrooms beautiful and comfortable and I went to relax and turn on the TV and the remote wouldn't work. I called downstairs and spoke to the front desk and he was quite rude and was like well bring it down so we can put batteries in it but those are things I feel that those are things that should have been checked before someone checks in not only check but checked while wiping off of it and sanitizing it. The course were unloose and eventually he got smart with me told me that he will come when he could and I didn't appreciate that. He then comes to my room and I inform him that I give these types of reviews and he just says kind of hunches his shoulders and walks out of my room. I did not appreciate the fact of having someone how you doing having someone treat me in this manner and act this way after I've had such a long day as well as have paid my money
