Staff waived the $100 mandatory deposit for smoking. There was plenty of parking available. My room was close to the front desk, so it was easy to come and go. The room itself was nice and what I expected for the price.
When I checked in, one member of staff was yelling on the phone about a personal matter. The person checking me in was in training and couldn't complete the check-in until a third member of staff came to help. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a pre-paid check-in. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There was only one option for cereal, only white bread for toast. The only hot item was packaged oatmeal. I understand that people may not always want breakfast, but there should be at least pastries or a better variety of bread items (bagels, english muffins, etc). There was no staff in the office at check-out.

"Beds were really soft. Everything was very clean and smelled good. The fridge was super cold. We didn't use the microwave. The air worked well and the TV was nice."
