Power went off for building at 8:30pm on 2nd night of stay and did not come on for 10 hours. This has happened before. Fortunately it didn't get too cold during the night but it was a real challenge. Because I booked through Hotels.com I was offered only $14.oo compensation! The Hotels.com listing described an Airport Shuttle--YEAH one-way for extra charge. One of many inaccuracies on their web-site

It was okay, did the job for the 2 nights. There was no heating it felt so it got cold easily, also 2 out of 3 towels we had were dirty with some kind of hair? Was gross! The cars are stored inside so that was nice and the room overall was good. The microwave plate was broken so it didnt spin, which was okay.

Management is unreliable, unreasonable and un professional. You have to demand service and when you do finally get they try to make you seem like an inconvenience for making them clean your room. Locked me out of my room and insulted me. The breakfast was just store bought muffins and internet sucks. They are giving American immigrants a bad rep and fulfilling stereotypes to the extreme

Cheap hotel near Sofi, the "breakfast" is an insult to breakfast, prepackaged breakfast pastries and store bought donuts are not breakfast. Some cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit would not be expensive or difficult to offer. Also breakfast from 6-9?!? I'm not even getting out of bed until at least 8 when I'm out of town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

I didn’t go out much because area is not familiar. But not bad it’s very safety, there is a big shopping complex in a walking distance but different name. The “Ralphs”. Some hotels also near to this hotel. They fed me well last few days until I found this Ralphs. I was looking for coles, etc like Australia. That was the problem but after yesterday everything is ok. I need to do more get confident. Other than that nothing to worry. Place is very quiet.

A good place for those looking for a budget friendly hotel. Free breakfast comes with coffee and brea, sometimes with donuts. Parking is US$7 per vehicle per night. Bed is comfortable and friendly staff.

Simple and easy check in - close to sofi and the forum one weird thing, they required the deposit in cash. I have never encountered that before.

Close to the airport. Room was clean & just like the pictures, a bit of coming and going in the middle of the night. Friendly staff, complementary donuts for breakfast. Easy parking, busy road nearby so a little noisy. Good value for money

For the price, this is decent. The coffee maker wasn't stocked, and the little soap and shampoos are in packets which don't hold enough product. But the room was clean and we felt safe.
