The clerk at the front desk, when checking in wasn’t very friendly. He was efficient but didn’t crack a smile or make you feel welcome. Room was nice, bed comfortable but carpet wasn’t vacuumed as we were picking up m & m’s and the top off a child’s sippy cup. The sofa bed had a musty smell and springs are gone. Breakfast was great and plentiful.

This hotel was overall in decent condition and fairly clean; however, we arrived from Boston at 5:15 to be told that our room was not yet ready. Checkin time was supposed to be 3:00. Everyone was exhausted and we had planned to Uber eats and grab a pizza. No dice. We ended up eating at a nearby spot - junk food for $80. Our room was finally ready after 6:00 pm. Unacceptable. Then, quiet hours begin at 10:00, which I understand, but 2 little kids were running up and down the hallway playing until 9:30. We left the hotel this morning at 6:00 am. Very uncool. The room was mostly clean, though but the beds weren’t exactly comfy - I felt some springs in my side. This whole thing is just unfortunate. Regional manager Shane was supposed to call me back this morning but I’m guessing he “forgot”- don’t plan a stay here if you’re looking for a “no hassle” experience.

The only part of this experience that was sub-par was the breakfast apples and some items. And the tvs did not work in the exercise room. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

A very uninspired hotel. OK: layout, lighting, parking, breakfast buffet, most of the linen. Not OK: black hair on and in the top sheet, lack of linen/pillows/blankets for the sleep sofa, really loud doors and halls, and worst of all black mold in the shower. When we left I told the woman at the desk (Rachel I think?) about the black mold to which she replied “oh, on the caulking? Yes, perfect” and she walked away. Not my idea of acceptable PR. Will definitely not be staying with this company again.

Expensive, but the area is nice and out of the way but still close enough to town that you can quickly get something to eat or order out. Room was very comfy and the staff were polite and accomodating.

The best part was the warm pool and the breakfast. We stayed Thanksgiving until Saturday, of this year 2023. The gentleman that was assisting with keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked was soooo nice and friendly. He would say good morning to everyone that came in. He definitely made my day and he should get a raise for going above and beyond. The lady cooking the food was friendly too.

Pet policy on hotels.com was stated as $50. At check in they imposed another $75 non refundable cleaning deposit. I made $142 payment on the app. They charged another $129 at check in for incidentals and pet fees. After check in another $100 charge was added, supposedly in error. All of these bookkeeping issues would have been tolerable if they hadn’t checked me into a room with a severe leak by the window. It rained all night and there was an annoying and persistent drip. I informed the desk in the morning. Was told since I booked on hotels.com, that they couldn’t really do anything or make any adjustments. Totally unacceptable.

Really enjoyed. Arrived early, front desk was very helpful at check in to get us in room early. Kids thought it was a great space, and really loved the pool.

Great location relative to shopping and dining. Very close to the mall. Check-in was simple, and my wife hurt her knee and was on a crutch so we were given a first-floor room without even needing to ask for one.

Everything was very good with the comfort of our room, the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast buffet. We did have a problem with our shower valve, but the management took care of it promptly. The location of the hotel is convenient to downtown Portland and to PWM Jetport. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice and clean, however it is not in an area that I would walk around since there are no sidewalks. The breakfast was good, coffee was delicious and available all day which was an added bonus. Beds were a bit too soft for me, but i still slept comfortably. Pool area left a lot to be desired, it did not look or smell inviting as it reeked of chlorine and was muggy. My one main complaint: no housekeeping, we stayed four nights, requested housekeeping and did not recieve it, very disappointing.

Very impressed with whole look of the hotel. Beautiful lobby and grounds. My room was Larger than most I've stayed with great floor plan. Upscale modern decor. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Everything was very clean - just loud at night with being not to far from elevator and the pullout was not very comfortable.
