I loved the hotel, very clean, very pretty, breakfast the first morning was delicious, the only negative point was that there was a lack of electricity at the hotel (ice storm) and that the next morning the electricity came back and the hotel did not see fit to extend the lunch time, people left their rooms and went down to the lobby, and the lady in charge of lunch hurriedly put away the cereals and milk. , lunch was however included for the 2 mornings, I would have expected a little flexibility on the part of the hotel extended the time for lunch due to the lack of electricity, for the rest I recommend and I would go back

Late overnight stay. The facility is clean and has all the amenities that you need. Even a selection of local beer for a cocktail hour. Front desk was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions.

Power went out. They never offered to us to stay at another Hilton. No breakfast the next day due to no power. The front desk guy when we checked in was fantastic. The next night guy Marion was the problem along with the lady that does the breakfast Rena. She is very nasty and nuts in to others conversation (at the front desk). Other than that no compensation offered

The staff was excellent but the rooms are lacking a closet, drawers, and a comfortable bed.

Lots of amenities in the lobby area, the room was very clean. I liked the small directional light beside the bed. Only downside is with the modern aesthetic of hard floors, you hear a lot more from neighbors. Would still stay here again!

Has high hopes due to the number of positive reviews and the fact that it was new. Location was good and building appeared new but it doesn’t go much further than that. We arrived to an “ok” room but didn’t look as new as the hotel itself. Às we started unpacking we noticed the bed looked like it was just tidied up rather than reset with new sheets so it didn’t look “fresh.” As I sat on the bed I noticed something behind the clock and saw that it was a pack of condoms…strike one. Then I pulled back the covers and what was right in the center…a huge p____c hair. That’s it! Back to the front desk and she were very nice and gave me another room. This room was much better and actually looked “new” and fresh. Breakfast bar was adequate and what you would expect from the usual free hotel breakfast. If we didn’t have the experience with the first room I might be ok staying here again but can’t say I would again after that unfortunately. You are also very close to the airport so expect that level of noise throughout the night.

When i arrived at the hotel the young man in the front was very nice. He explained to me pretty much everything I needed to know. I love the fact that they have board games and a pool table and we were able to use the pool next door. When we got to our room it was nice however when my daughter went to go take a shower there was hair on the walls. To me that is gross especially when I'm traveling with my children. To top it all off the towels has imbedded hairs in them which was extremely gross we ended up getting out own towels which I was super angry about with the fear that all towels had that. 3 out of 4 of our towels had hairs in them. The staff is super friendly. I did not like the fact that they give you two small tiny trash cans and with eating food and 3 kids it gets filled up pretty quick and they only come to your room every other day. The breakfast was really good I didn't eat the eggs but they had this turkey sausage which was great the pancakes, oatmeal was excellent. overall i would stay again if i ever came back to Maine. walking distance to the mall, Starbucks, chipotle and cracker barrel.

When we entered our room, we saw a full garbage can and a bed with its sheets in a heap. It had not been cleaned. We told the desk clerk, who gave us another room. The new room was clean, but the door did not lock on the bathroom. The next morning I used the public restrooms on the main floor as the bathroom in our room was busy. I tried both bathrooms, and neither one of them had doors that locked. I had to move the large garbage can up against the door to make sure no one would come in. The other issue was the room was advertised as two queen size beds, yet both beds were clearly double. Overall, not a good experience and we don’t plan on staying here again.

Very clean and surprisingly quiet considering where the hotel is located. Loved the pancake conveyer belt. We stay in overnight in South Portland before early morning flights. If you can grab a discounted rate, this hotel would be hard to beat.

The hotel is a very good option for a couple nights. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is not good. Not from the noise lf Airplanes (is understandable you can hear Some of them in an airport hotel) but from cars in the highway besides the property

An easy property to access from either the 95 or 295! Friendly staff, and very welcoming of our dog! The only “negatives” were the air/heating unit was so loud it kept us awake, so we had to turn it off for our second night’s stay. The room could have been cleaned better- thick layer of dust on the top of the mini fridge, and around perimeter of the room. There was also smudges of something on the bathroom door frame, and on the wall by the bed. Otherwise a good spot.

Great quiet night on the parking lot side of the building.The only negative is breakfast eggs have no taste and I really missed the fact that there is only a shower, no tub. This is our second stay so I would recommend this property.

Such a cute quaint location, it had everything we needed and more! The receptionist that checked us in was such a doll, she was great. They had a pool table which was pretty cool, we enjoyed a quite bite for breakfast before we were shuttled to the airport. Providing transportation to the airport was a nice perk. We definitely recommend this hotel and location to any who need a comfortable place to stay.

We loved the clean modern style - open shelves and the vinyl floors. The clean smell, comfy bed, and the large bathroom and tiled shower. The LED lighting by beds was great too!
