Quick stay that was fairly priced. Only issue was the pillows were not comfy at all. Breakfast was free so that was fine too. Would stay again!!

The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were average but, our room had very stained furniture (did not want to sit on)and a very stained carpet. Located in an idustryial park. The area around the hotel had a lot of trash laying around. Parking lot has signs all around that say...park at own risk. Made us feel a little worried.

The Postive close to the Airport The negative , fridge had two drinks from previous people. Room needs a good clean . Walls are so thin you can hear everything! Maintenance needs to be lower their voice i really dont need to know if Mike is coming for drinks , or hearing them knocking on someone door . Bed soft, pillows hard as a rock

Hotel was without power for 24 hours. No type of refund offered. They also did not give me my drivers license back after 2nd check in and are refusing to mail it to me. They said I had to come in and pick it up, which is 300 miles. They also charged me for an additional night after I had already booked and paid for it through Hotels.com. Had to dispute the extra charge with credit card and requested the local police to retrieve my drivers license.

I stayed during a multi day power outage in my area. The hotel staff were overwhelmed with people, checking in as they had lost power earlier in the day as well. The cleaning crew was trying hard to catch up on rooms, but when I finally got to my room 2 1/2 hours after arriving at the hotel, it was not clean, the beds have been made and sheets have been changed, but not much else have been cleaned. On my way to my room I did notice two people cleaning a room with the door open , one was standing talking on their phone and the other person was sitting on the edge of the bed with the TV on

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. The issue I had is that the hotel lost power and had nothing for back up. I was with my two small children who were scared. I didn’t even want to leave the room to check what was going on. They had no options for us and it was 10 PM at night.

Very good place to stay right across from the mall which I’m gonna shop at next time we’re there. Very clean and up to date, there room clean and beds very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was very good and good options. We will definitely stay there again.

Honestly, it was probably one of the worst stays at a hotel I’ve ever had… can’t even take a shower. Water is cold as the arctic and never heat it up. It would be nice to come in to your hotel room and take a shower after a long day…

Hotel was modern, room was spacious but bathroom was a bit dirty. There was hair on the blow dryer and on the walls also it looked like someone had splashed a liquid behind the tv creating a stain on the wall

love the bed and the floor not being carpet- first time to see that, pillow has only one choice- husband loves it , me not so much as i needed a smaller one. Great hotel for the price!! Would come back again but will bring my own pillow. Love how everything is clean except the shower needs to be either cleaned some more to remove the stain or changed.

We reserved two rooms for a one-night stay. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast had a wide selection including waffles, eggs and sausage. We will certainly stay again. The front desk staff were very friendly.

My first morning I was awoken by a barking dog. The second morning was peaceful. My third and last morning again awoken by the same barking dog. Woke me up at 4:50 a m and I turned over to go back to sleep. As I left I mentioned it to the front desk where upon I received instant attitude.

The bathroom was dirty and there was still toothpaste in the sink plus lots of hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The rest of the room was very dusty. There were stains on our linen.

This property looked good in pictures and the lobby area was good. The room however was very dirty. Cat (or animal) hair on the chair, floors had not been mopped, the bathroom was so disgusting nobody would shower. The bed was clean and comfortable and the location was quiet.

Check-in was quick & easy. Hotel has elevator even though Google says it doesn't. Comfy beds, good size room. It would be great if the rooms had a table you could play cards on. Room had fridge, microwave & K-cup machine. Will stay here again.

It's a nice hotel. It was spotless and open. It's right across from the very convenient mall. It was also close to many restaurants in the area within a 10-12 minute drive. It also had a nice continental breakfast with a variety of options.

The room rate was great for 2 nights. The manager was not consumer friendly to my husband who went to ask for yogurt after we missed continental breakfast.

Hotel was clean and rooms spacious. Location is good… next to a mall for ease of food/shopping. Check in staff weren’t the friendliest… not that they need to be, but after driving all day, it helps. We had our 30 pound dog with us and their pet policy is quite strict. You can’t leave your dog alone for any reason - and while I understand where this comes from, I pay a pet fee and security deposit for a reason. Making this a strict rule for guests with pets, means we can go out to eat or explore the area. For this reason, I wouldn’t stay here again. We have travelled with our dog many times and he doesn’t bark or cause problems… so being able to let him nap while we went out for a couple of hours would have been nice.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows. Check in and out was quick and easy and so we Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.

The property was clean and comfortable. Supplies such as kleenex/tissues and lotion were missing. Location was behind a mall in an industrial area. No vending/snacks available on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Priced very reasonably.

Overall our stay was a great deal for the price. There were some rowdy folks in the hallway slamming against doors very late at night, but a call to the front desk resolved that very quickly.

Overall our stay here was very nice. The room was comfortable and very clean and facility was convenient to everything. I give good marks, however I suppose the parking might be the only thing that I would have anything to mention. The lot is close ,but small and filled up fast. Also, I have a larger car and it was tight backing out from the outer space when cars were along the building. I did have to go back and forth a couple times because it was tight. Otherwise everything was nice and a great price. Thanks.

Lobby and eating, sitting area clean and inviting. Room looked clean, bedding and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom clean. Heating and cooling system was a bit noisy and hard to regulate temperature.

This hotel had a simple continental breakfast that has multiple options (pastries, waffles, eggs, etc.). The front office staff was very helpful, though there was only one person most of the time, so if you needed assistance, it might be limited. There was plenty of parking and it was close to a few restaurants and chain stores. The rooms were simple and serviceable. There was some trash around the exterior of the building, but we only noticed it because we were out walking our dog around the property.

After getting my room key & walking to my room, the door was ajar. This was alarming as I was alone & it was late at night. The bed was comfortable but only if you slept in one spot as it was sunken in, in that area. The bathroom while spacious, had a crack in the shower floor & very poor water pressure. Could not the in room coffee machine to work, it already had water that previous guest had poured in it, not good.

The room was extremely cold when we checked in. Easily fixed by turning the heater on, but it took a couple hours to get the temp up. Thats about the only thing I can think of. I recommend this hotel
