In particular, front desk staff person Chiara and breakfast hostess Amanda were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We've been to this site a few times as it is a perfect 'home base' for us visiting nearby relatives. The left turn out of the drive onto Niagara Falls Blvd is challenging, but going around the Bob Evans and then out at the light was a useful tip passed to us on some previous trip (and hope the now closed Bob Evans does not end this option!) We'll be back on future visits to Buffalo!

We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend

Chiara at the front desk was so amazingly kind and patient with me. I was calling with questions about my son's reservation and was having some problems with making my reservation online. Chiara was so professional and very kind. She helped me with everything I needed and she never got impatient with me after I called her at least 7-8 times asking questions and needing help. She is great at her job and exemplifies top tier customer service!
