To start off I’m 6’4” and the beds are horrible! What is even worse are the pillows! They are the lumpiest, worthless objects I’ve ever had to try to sleep on. The air conditioner controls are broken so the unit just blows constantly and it’s sometimes hot and sometimes cold. It was a miserable night sleep for sure!

The hotel was dirty, the bed had dirty linen and the service was unpleasant and arrogant. My planned 60th birthday evening with my wife was seriously disrupted.

I did not appreciate being charged $14 for parking. The rooms were not insulated from sound. Plumbing made nouse. People voices in hall and adjacent rooms were excessive. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here due to family trip for Thanksgiving. Location was convenient. Facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and staff kind and helpful. Did NOT care for having to pay to park there, was not caught prior to booking and will look for this going forward. Was told it was “customary” to have this charge, but did not see it at other hotels around the area and were surprised by this charge. 😬 The turkeys escaped the dinner table at the Hyatt and we got a good laugh over this!

This is a clean & comfortable hotel & we have stayed here a number of times. However, the property has added a parking fee even though there is nothing special about the standard parking surrounding the hotel. It just feels like a way for them to grab more money. I despise all the hidden fees in today's world.

Check-in was seamless. No problems at all. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a nice size and had everythong we needed. Very nice.

Excellent manager. She was extremely friendly and looked like she enjoys her job. The food was very nice withe real plates, glass glasses and silverware!!! The shower was fantastic! We were really impressed with everything! Thank you all for an excellent stay!

Picture are not the same as real time!! Our refrigerator did not work. Our rooms were not connecting although they did put us next to each other!! Staff was amazing and breakfast was good!! Xtra parking $ 👎

Paid Extra for Special Room, Walk right off elevator into my room. Right across hall. Hear everything. Ok lets get a nice shower. Nope, 6th floor , i have hot water at sink but shower took 10 min to get hot. BUT!!! shower did not drain. cold military style shower to prevent flooding the bathroom. Noise all night. Beds comfy and pillows kick ass. rooms are clean and nice. Talked to management and they wanted to come to room and resolve issue. i wanted new room or discount. i got neither. this is truly a three star hyatt. La quinta is better

The room was small, but beds were comfortable. Very noisy as we could hear everything that happened in the hall and all of our neighbors. You could also hear the highway. Our room, air conditioner and heating unit didn’t function with the pad on the wall but thank goodness, you could manually adjust it. Breakfast buffet was nice . We paid $300 a night for this basic room and still had to pay for parking!!!!

I wish they had better breakfast options, such as individual yogurts and not in an open bowl , and have chocolate milk in small individual packaging. Also the bread options could be expanded, such as breakfast pastries. Ny the time for serve yourself and sit down, food is cold and \does not stay warm long enough to eat it.

Location right next to freeway onramps. Very clean spacious room. Free breakfast was the best id ever seen and Michael made sure nothing ran out. The employees were so helpful. And the parking lot was safe. I will definitely stay here again next time im in town.
