The hotel was incredible inside and out. The restaurant had great food and the location was perfect. Mornings were perfect to walk along the golf course and the fitness facility was top notch. I would recommend this to anyone in the Greensboro/High Point area. Great stay!

Room and hotel was great! But, beware. My booking was still expensive and I opened the room shade to view the rocks and rooftop of the hotel, along with the hotels giant spotlights to light up the hotel at night. Thankfully I had room darkening shades. There was no grass, trees, or golf course view from my window. My only real complaint. I was on the 3rd floor.

Disappointed that this facility did not seriously provide someone on hand to help unload your luggage from the car and offer to carry to the room after check in. I watched similar poor service with workers standing around inside the lobby. Not sure about to residency units or system at this golf lodging, but too expensive for what we received. Management should look into their customer greeting system for sure. Nobody even asked to help with bags whike checking out. They had great social media pre-check in and check out emails.

Amazing quality and stay. Golf course is definitely the highlight, although there are quite a few family friendly activities nearby. Gorgeous property with decent dim8ng selections.

This is an exquisite property that I will more than likely give another chance. However, taking a shower for the water to cut off mid stream rinsing my hair and then it would only come back on ice cold was not acceptable. The explanation of everyone is using it at the same time is not acceptable either! This is a resort that should be prepared for people to shower! Regardless of how many guests are there or showering at the same time. There’s a remedy for this problem!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It was all decorated for the holidays too! Restaurant was good and they even had live music in the bar area on a Wednesday. My only complaint was the AC didn’t get very cold at night and the room was a little warm and stuffy.

Our stay was amazing! The room and common areas were very nice. It was clean and quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. The holiday decor was beautiful. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend it.

Stay here several times per year and have for the past 20 yrs. It’s a top notch Hotel however it’s become overpriced in recent years. Even the Golf Rates now are totally ridiculous ($90). Unless some Conference is booked the Hotel is generally a ghost town during the week. Weekends are generally more busy primarily with local Couples looking for a get-a-way. The facilities & hotel were built with Conferences being the primary draw… however since Covid this Hotel is a dinosaur… with a Ton (and I mean a ton) of wasted conference space. Zoom Meetings and Technology have bypassed Grandovers original plan and now Traveling Guests have to pay extravagant room prices to cover the cost of maintaining all this wasted conference space!

Great hotel! Very clean and beautiful. Good food options. Amazing pool area that is pretty shallow so perfect for families. Strong pina coladas at the pool bar! Gorgeous grounds with fun outdoor area with lawn games. And it was very empty, uncrowded! Golf course is super nice too with tons of tee times even on a holiday!

Excellent resort with amazing staff!! Great golf and spa getaway with the wife. First time away from the kids. It was wonderful. Food at the resort was great. Only complaint is local food restaurants are all like 20 mins away.

I asked for a few more hours to stay because of just drain and fatigue and the receptionist only said until 12 noon when checkout was at 11 and it was 1050 when I called.
