I liked the proximity to where l had to travel back n forth too. There were good food choices close by.
The breakfast choices should be much better.

Very friendly staff and clean property
It wasn’t in an ideal area with hookers being at the side property. If I wasn’t in a parking lot of a store I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable. Only because it was a well lit area.

Great location right off the interstate. Surrounded by many eateries. The hotel entrance is colorful and inviting. We felt welcomed upon entering. I love the smell of the hotel (fresh and clean). The beds are comfortable and helped us to rest well.
We enjoyed the nice selection of breakfast items with delicious hot coffee.
What I'm really impressed by is the shower pressure. AMAZING!!! This hotel gets the award for BEST SHOWER PRESSURE AT A HOTEL. This has become our go to hotel for lodging when in Greensboro.
Though we liked the breakfast offerings, it would be nice to have NO CHEESE offerings for the egg bites.
The walls/ceiling should be soundproof. We could hear every step of the family above us. It sounded as if they were going to fall through the ceiling.

The location was the main reason I booked this hotel. I do not normally stay in a Tru. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
So, I thought the hotel room/bathroom would be immaculate because the lobby smelled clean and looked great! Get up to the room, there was a roach in the hallway and a roach in our bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty. Never stayed in a room with NO MICROWAVE and the fridge was far too small to even put our leftovers in. We as a family are used to a certain caliber of room traveling with 2 kids and this was not acceptable. No vending machine, ice machine on the 1st floor smh. Never will stay here again.
