We selected this hotel because it was close to the hospital and previous experiences at this name plate. Cleanliness needs improvement. Advertised as including breakfast. Welcome letter that came the day after checkout stated grab and go breakfast (see attached picture). How do you grab and go a bag of instant oatmeal? Afternoon desk clerk was not very helpful. Seemed her only concern was the $100 security deposit. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaned better. Hair all over the bath area. Kitchen offered nothing but refrigerator, microwave and cook top. No coffee maker or essentials for eating. Set a bad example for other Extended Stay America properties. Would not stay again and will have second thoughts about any other Extended Stay in the furure.

Our experience at this hotel was less than stellar. We were on the north side of town for a baseball tournament and wanted to cut out travel time. The hotel had a smell that lingered, on everything. Things in the room were sticky, non-functioning and falling apart. Customer service was not great. We ended up checking out a night early and had to wash everything when we got home.

We arrived shortly after 11 pm (I had previously called to let them know we’d be arriving between 10-11 pm & they said they would note the account). When we arrived we were told they were overbooked & we would have to call hotels.com to get refunded & make other arrangements. We were not the only people without a room & scrambling to find somewhere to stay either. It appeared at least 8-10 other groups has this same issue. Not acceptable!!

Got in to check-in at 1, which I understand is very late but it took me until 130 to be able to get into hotel(thanx to the customer who let me in). Me and another person trying to check in had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes until I knocked on counter and then the front desk person came from a back room. Didn't get greeted, hood still on...just very unprofessional. Would have also been nice to know I would be having to make a $100 deposit (which I would love to know when I will be getting back). Got to the room couldn't connect to Wi-Fi b/c somehow it was telling me I didn't know my last name, then to top it off the tv didn't work.

Smelled of roaches and weed. Walked through a drug deal coming through the back entrance. Had to close elevator by hand. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Towels were ratty. Stiff slim pillows. Stiff uncomfortable sheets, and one thin blanket. Lock on door busted.

i didn’t stay in the room the first night i had it. i basically used the room to just store my things overnight. the next night when i returned to sleep there, there were bed bugs in the bed. i checked out early.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The only thing that helped was the kindness of the staff. You know that this was the property owners issue and that staff were not provided what they need to assist. I realize that this is an extended stay and people who are evicted from apartments land here. The marijuana smell was so prominent on the floor and in the lobby that it was sickening. people were smoking on the floors and in the elevators. I was supposed to get a discount but was still charged $80 per night. Have I known, I would not have paid eight dollars a night to stay here.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was so great, I didn't want to leave! Was very peaceful and quiet and set back out of the way. Very comfortable and nice experience. Would gladly stay here again!

Stayed 1 night. The lady that checked us in was great but smelled like pot. We got to the room and the room across the hall had people yelling and fighting. Woke up at 11pm to the smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. From the hairs stuck in the towels, hair in the sink, no pillow case on one of the pillows, stained up floor...... it was bad enough that my 12 year old wanted to sleep in the truck.

Booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. Only had 3 available and the rooms were booked in advance and paid in advance and they didn't even offer a refund. It was booked through Hotels.com The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was 2 towels in the room and they would not give us anymore, they said we had to give them the ones in the room and they would was them. There was no sheets for the pull out bed, and when we tried to get some they said no so we had to sneak in the laundry and get them. The front desk clerk got mad and said she can check me out if I'm not happy.

Very dirty. No blankets. No towels. Trash and dishes all over the hallway. Writing still all over the mirrors that hadn’t been cleaned off. Floor was dirty.

Property seems like it is going through a remodel, or starting one. Main elevator was out of order for maintenance, but secondary elevator was working. Morning breakfast consisted of a granola bar and/or a muffin. There may have been oatmeal packets but none when we went down at 7am on Saturday. We ended up finding a local breakfast place nearby after checking out.

Our 1st room given was dirty, had dirty clothes left in the bathroom, the kitchen table was dirty & sticky. The bed didn’t appear clean. The 2nd room was fine but older, outdated & rusty facilities. People were hanging out at the front at 11pm that looked nefarious so we used a side door. At 11pm, the entry door was propped open so anyone could enter. We planned to take the elevator but a guy came up to us & we felt so uncomfortable opted to use the front stairs instead. Uncomfortable the whole time! Glad I wasn’t traveling alone.

Had no wifi for a week. Elevator broke, fire department had to come out and everyone was outside, staff barely at the front desk, and got locked out my room for 40 min bc my keycard wasnt working and staff nowhere around. They also sent a receipt with someone else's bank info to my email just now.

All the room locks were down, one front desk staff had to take folks to rooms. Condition of rooms were poor, way past time for a complete remodel, only other guests were long term contractors.

This property is okay. Worked fine for our one night stay. The hotel is dingy and needs some updating and fresh paint but is generally clean. It is very close to 465 and lots of restaurants, shops, etc... It will charge a $100 deposit for possible damages that you get back after checkout. However, there is only a person there to check the rooms beginning at 7am-11pm. This was a little inconvenient since we had to check out at 6:30 am. I was able to check out, but not be present at the walk through that determined whether I got my money back. I made sure to video what our room looked like when we left in case there was any issues. Rooms had decent space and beds were mostly comfy. Pillows could use updating. There are quiet hours beginning at 10pm which was also nice. Didn't here any guests disturbances. Overall, for the price I paid, it served it's purpose. Front desk was accommodating when someone was working it.

Our room wasn’t ready at 4 pm. There were no staff at the desk and when someone finally came they didn’t know when rooms would be ready. It was frustrating so we went out and had dinner and came back to check in around 8. That person was much better.

Every time you needed new towels, dirty ones had to be taken to the counter to get clean towels. Then there is a wait to get them. Had to wait 2 hours for clean towels one day. Property smelled.

No towels in the room. Not only was the bed uncomfortable, but was missing bedding! All it had was a top sheet covering the bare mattress and a decorative, see through covering of sorts. The tub was VERY slippery with no grab bars. The hotel overall felt sad, dark, dingy and yucky. I will never stay here again.
