Price and large bed, good shower and nice hot water.
Pillows not great, fortunately I was solo and I could use 2 bad pillows to make one good one

The room was clean which I appreciated.
The property did not match expectations for the area or price point. Upon entering the room it was clear the space hasn’t been updated in some time. There was visible water damage on the ceiling and mold present in the bathroom both are maintenance issues that should be addressed immediately not cosmetic concerns.
The staff interaction was the most disappointing part. Guests were met with a confrontational tone rather than hospitality. Threatening to call the police on guests as a first response is not customer service it’s a red flag.
