It’s an absolute dump avoid!

Leaving because the hotel was so nasty

Everything! The staff was horrible. The place was filthy. Had used hypodermic needles laying in the parking lot. People sitting around the front door openly smoking weed. Had no remote control for the tv and couldn’t get anyone at front desk to answer the phone and nobody was present at the desk

Piece of crap

The staff was very unprofessional. They made the entire check in experience horrible. The line was long with me and other people who was waiting to check in and they never came to help us. When the front desk staff finally appeared she literally told us to wait 15 more minutes when we was already airing 20 minutes for her to come. They are short staff that it kept taking the front desk memeber to go help clean rooms while no one checked anyone in

Friendly staff

No ice, put ice tray in freezer and 16 hours still no ice, no coffee, old facilities. Needs updated, uncomfortable bed. Mattress leaned to one side making it feel you was rolling off the bed. Pool was not in operation. Won't be back

Location was nice.

Breakfast was a joke, granola bars that is it. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel looked like it needed repairs. When we got there we didn’t have a shower curtain. The extended stay by the airport is much nicer.

Friendly and peaceful

It was just so peaceful for me last one at the end of hall not much noise friendly staff always there to help. Plus it has a full kitchen store cook and clean up. So perfect if you brought food in to fix for your family.

The breakfast could have been more then just coffee and a muffin but I totally understand

Disappointing

Attention, the breakfast is just a coffee and take-away muffins. I don't expect much, but to call this a breakfast is lying in my face via booking.com

Superb

I liked everything about the property it was a good stay very clean and quit

the only thing I can say I don’t like about it was the breakfast. didn’t have any options or selections. there was only oatmeal and muffins with coffee

I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a place to crash at for one night.

The hotel was near restaurants and some shopping areas

My first room had no towels, crumbs were on the floor, bathroom floors looked like they had burn holes in it. The elevator didn’t seem safe to use. Breakfast was only grab and go muffins and granola bars. My second room once they switched me was cleaner. However both rooms setup was odd.

it was in a good area

I didn’t like that my children were bit up by bedbugs and the front desk never answered the phone. I had to wait hours after my check in to actually check in my room.

The location

I paid for a room for six people two adults and four children I got the two queen size beds but there was also supposed to be a pull-out couch which there wasn't and they gave me a broke chair and then told me that they was renovating.
