Tub had a black ring of dirt on it. Shower was in similar condition.
Lots of maintenance issues from black marks on outside of tub, bad tub cover fix out of cheap plastic, door frame issue. Really poor ceiling repair/finishing.
Price per night was ok but the room condition was worse.

Great staff and location. Breakfast is basic but staff very helpful. Time for all hotels to end the use of plastic and of one time use products such as plastic glasses and ketchup packets.

Agent at the desk was extremely rude, gave me a hard time when I asked about early check in. I was unaware that the room booked was an outside entrance, so when I asked if I could switch to an inside room because I knew it would be too loud, seeing a we were very close to a major roadway, she refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked, yet the parking lot was, at most, half full for the entire day and evening. She told me "you get what you booked"

It was one of the least expensive bookings so perhaps we need to cut them some slack. It's old and in need of an upgrade to live up to other Best Western standards, in my experience. We anticipated the possibility of my daughter and her dog would stay with us so we booked a "pet friendly" hotel and on the confirmation from [email protected] all the icons for the free stuff were beside each other leading me to think there was n/c for the dog.
Instead of contacting me when they saw the dog, they simply charged for the dog for 3 nights instead of one citing the fine print in the document that you sign on check-in. I was never notified and only discovered the charge when I scoured the bill when we returned to our home.

When I was checking in, the person behind the desk was very unfriendly. I did call her out on it, as I let her know it was very noticeable. Otherwise everything was great, except the hot water ran out while my husband was in the shower!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had all the amenities I could ask for. A little noisy next to the highway, but that's the travelling life.

The location is good, the rooms are awesome and well priced, the contenental breakfast exceeded expectations as well. The pool area is awesome although when we went in there Wednesday afternoon it was closed for cleaning. They quickly wrapped up when they saw us however and it worked out great. I love all the entrances, and the keys never stopped working like other places. The restaurant in the hotel didn't deliver but it was easy pickup. We will be back as we visit mission often

The people were super friendly and helpful including at breakfast (included) which made up for the slanted floors, leaky ceiling in the bathroom and stains on the carpets in our super noisy room right next to a major roadway. Recommend asking for a room on the backside.

Definitely not a 9.2 rating like hotels.com stated. Maybe a 4* at best. Bathroom shower hardly worked and squealed anytime you used the shower head. Toilet seat fell off. Floor tiles cracked. Pillows absolutely terrible. Hot tub was Luke warm. Best part was Breakfast it was amazing!

Beds were comfortable but the service was terrible. We had breakfast and the lady that was working her name was Lisa and she called me stupid because I pressed a button too many times on the pancake machine. I wasn’t sure how to exactly work the thing but being called stupid was rude and uncalled for. Won’t be coming back here again & they also have their air conditioner on in the hallways mid November.

Like this hotel, breakfast is nice, but pool area had kids in the area during adult only time and was also closed in the morning- would be better to do maintenance when it doesn’t interfere with open pool hours

I was especially impressed with cleanliness. I had a small spill on a counter that I was wiping up with one of the white towels and noticed the white towel coming up as white as when I first reached for it. Friendly staff at the breakfast bar was also a highlight of my stay at this hotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel again in the future!

We booked through Expedia and noted we had a pet. Still, when we arrived, we were told our Executive Room was unavailable with a Pet. Instead, we were downgraded to a basic room and then charged extra for the pet, even though this was not noted on the Expedia booking page.

Front desk staff are not friendly, short worded, asked to check in early “not until 3” , any chance that could be earlier? “ no check in is at 3”.

Very nice, clean place. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I would recommend changing the floor in the pool area as it gets very slippery when wet and grab handles need tightening. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic when I was checking in. I was staying at the hotel for a wedding and needed into the room earlier to get ready and they were able to accommodate me.

The service is excellent, but the hotel itself is very overpriced for what it is, and where it is. Not walking-friendly, and the vending machines don't work properly anywhere.

The staff at checkin were very helpful and good humoured for airshow weekend. The attached restaurant is great! Good food, great staff!
