I was not impressed the lighting in the room and the room was just kind of blah

Room smelled bad (best description is that it smelled like "feet"), and the bedding smelled musty. At night, the entire room vibrated for several minutes (we were in room 225). The light in the bathroom kept going off (due to the motion sensor), even if you were at the sink brushing your teeth, putting makeup, etc. Outlet at the desk (electric and for charging) did not work.

Pros: Bed was comfortable; Great Mexican restaurant just across the street; easy accessibility to Major highway.
Did not like: Mildew in and around the shower; Shower door would not stay closed so I had to wedge a towel behind the runner to prevent water from going out to the floor; Continental breakfast was adequate but nothing special...I have definitely seen better; Cleaning crew started cleaning above and around me before 8am!! Was very disappointed I didn't get to sleep in.
Overall, I would probably check out another hotel in the area before staying at this one again.

Staff were very nice. Carpet and bathroom floors definition need attention. Food and debris on carpet, bathroom floor and lower walls grimy and dirty. As a vacation rental owner, i would have definitely received a very low rating if my cleaner was that bad. Looks like it was last scrubbed a couple months ago.

everything was great except that the Sunday breakfast was supposed to be until 10am, however the hostess stopped putting hot food out at 9:30, without any warning

The clerk on duty was not extremely friendly, or informative. The bathroom light going on and off on movement was annoying. But other than that it was OK for a one night stay.

Extremely loud. Room was very humid despite thermostat set at 67. 2 roaches spotted and killed. Not worth the $150 I paid!

Service was great-very friendly folks on staff there. The pool and hot tub were in working order, which was a priority for me. It was clean and comfortable and pretty quiet.

The lobby looks great. You can definitely tell they’ve maintained that. Once I got in the elevator, there was mold in the back right corner. The elevator also reeked with cigarette smoke. I stayed on the third floor and it also had a strong cigarette odor as soon as I got out of the elevator. The room itself was okay but the pictures they have advertised were definitely from when they first opened. Night one I had to kill a giant spider that was above my bed. Night two and three I had to flush a large creepy crawle that was in the toilet bowl and other small insects. There was mold in the corners of the shower and right outside of the shower. The best part of it was the bed was comfortable.

The hotel and staff are great. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, its the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. This was our second visit in two weeks and noise was a problem both times.

Two day stay but no room service after day one. No clean towels. Red message light blinking on phone distraction for sleep. Staff did not know how to resolve.

Check in was simple, staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms need some TLC. There was chipped paint on the ceiling, the towel rod in the bathroom was rusting, office chair's hydrolics were non-functuonal, and the microwave was temperamental. But the bed was comfortable, the stand up shower was in good shape.

I used to stay at this property when it was a Sleep Inn. At that time everything was excellent: clean, very well maintained, friendly staff. Since the changeover to Clarion Pointe it has degraded. Maintenance obviously has been abandoned: the shower curtain was torn and worn in several places; the tub was partially clogged and would not drain; the sink faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the sink and was in danger of twisting off the water lines every time you turned the water on or off; the tv remote wasn't the right one and there was no useable tv guide to the channels... and the management insisted there was no need to furnish a printed channel list!!! This is a property I will avoid in the future.

The location was important to me. The property needs a deep clean. There was an overall damp feeling in all areas. My carpet was damp. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, so I had to purchase a hairdryer as I was there for a wedding. I spoke to three members at the desk and received no apology, no resolution and no discount.

The staff were pleasent room nice for price but there was a strange strong odor when we stepped out of elevator like skunk or chemical.

The hotel room was nice enough but the rug under the table had what looked like pizza or pasta sauce in a good size gob still on it. The pool and hot tub were open but they had a funky smell to them and the washer and dryer and vending machines were out of order. The washer and dryer posed a problem because we were traveling with a 10 year old, 3 year old, 2 year old and an 8 month old. We had to find a laundromat wash their clothes ( we thought we brought enough clothes) the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and the condition of the hotel overall was good. Just a few minor points but overall a decent stay.

Do not stay here! There was never enough food at their advertised hot breakfast. No fruit. Lady did best she could-must have a low budget for food.
Altercation in hall one afternoon/people yelling.
We were afraid to open the door. People were ALWAYS in the parking lot loitering, playing loud music & hanging out in the back woods. I complained & was told mgr would be told-no change!! None of the doors closed without a full slam that shook the walls! Elevator dirty-never cleaned my entire stay. Staff was pleasant & they did the best they could however mgr turned his head to issues at the property.

At the hot breakfast, there were usually eggs but no protein left. Never any fruit! The lady must be on a tight budget-she did the best she could!
Noisy in the halls at night. Heard loud arguments.
Exterior always had trash on grass. Workers parked trucks in parking lot & played loud music & loitered all the time! I brought that to the desk but no change!! The worst hotel experience in my 66 years!!

The hotel was a great value for my stay. Check-in was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Mexican restaurant was within easy walking distance of hotel.
