tasteless hotel room for the area of coral gables, you get charge for parking and it is a ghost hotel charge, where you don't even have enough towels

The staff was friendly and it was easy to check in. However there was dirty feel to the hotel. It had not been cleaned properly, kids finger prints everywhere (and we don’t have children). Broken frames, rust above door, and my favorite the ac the leaks into the strategic placed trash can by the other door leading I suppose to other room. I don’t have photos but I did take full video upon enter and leaving. Pros of the stay it was cheap, bed wasn’t horrible, and stuff near by to walk to cause forget about parking anywhere in Miami. It gets a three because it was okay but with some motivated housekeeping it would improve.

I took the biggest suite. There was no hot water in the bedroom sink, the air conditioner sounded like a train going uphill, the furniture was delaminating and the sofa was broken. That being said, the staff was wonderful and very helpful and the room was clean

Good location if looking for cheap accommodation within commutable distance of downtown miami or south beach. Rooms were very dated and could do with substantive renovation. Otherwise rooms were clean. Gated and safe parking available.

The pillows were LUMPY. The handlebar in the tub was broken. No place to hold onto in shower/ tub that felt secure. The AC was very loud and rumbled. For the price of the stay there could’ve been breakfast served. The coffee creamer was also outdated. I had to go without coffee because the creamer was outdated. Consequently, I didn’t get any coffee that morning. No coffee in the morning doesn’t sit well with me, either!

Horrible hotel. Neither bedside lamp or tv worked. There was a huge section of flooring missing that was covered by a doormat, and the best part of all..NO THERMOSTAT in the room and the air conditioner was blasting all night.

Cost efficient stay, I was very hesitant at the beggining, but was very surprised with the service and everything. Very happy with it! The only thing was the little mosquitos may be 3 or 4 during 4 days stay, but it was due to humidity. Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately the only positive element of this hotel is the staff & location. Everything else is poor, from the condition of our entry door to my room with paint chipping, the blurry tv which stopped working to the sinking beds, filthy carpet, broken dresser * desk lamp. The only item that was clean was where the sheets, towels and bathroom- thankfully!! I had to give the carpet a light cleaning beacuse it was too disgusting to walk on and housekeeping wasnt available upon my late arrival to lend me a vacum to clean it myself! If you’re looking for convienance to public transportation and major highways in Miami then this is your hotel, but be prepared to maybe clean the room again or request to have the carpet vacumed if during business hours.

Absolutely disgusting! Please don’t stay here unless you’re desperate. Not one step in the room because of the horrible smell and filth inside the room. Not to mention the room smelled so bad like weed inappropriate to stay with you family was feeling so bad to stay with my kids The room was not clean, water and dirt was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty paying about $200 per room and extra $10 for parking

There was a water leak from the upstairs unit. It was crazy. The place is falling apart. The staff tried their best with what they have.

Tried to call the hotel, never answered the phone. Loby was updated but the rooms had furniture damaged, bathroom had rusty fixtures and damaged walls. Then at checkout I tried to get a cup of coffee and their were no cups plus the guy before me said they were out of coffee.

Not what i expected for what i payed for i had to pay for parking 😤 seriously for the price i payed for to stay in a run down hotel the heater didn't work i was cold the housekeepers did a great job it not their fault for the place being run down smelled like mildew never again will we stay there no thanks that's what i get from switching from the comfort inn i was stay there where ever i go

The images on the website are misleading. The rooms were outdated and smelled musty. The only window in the room had a moisture film over it so you couldn't even see outside. The laminate floors were coming up, furniture had scuffs, walls needed repainting. Glad I only had to stay one night.

Mold/mildew all in the bathroom, no shower curtain for the first two days (of four), one day they didn’t make the bed, just left the sheets and spread. WILL NEVER STAY in a Roadway motel again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and now my back is hurting extremely badly. The rooms were very noisy with the noise from outside.

$10 for parking , hotel is not at all great. Room was smelly and noisy hotel at night as well. My wife was sneezing the whole night. we left within a few hours. Not again!

The smell of mold hits you in the face. There was a half used bottle of shampoo. Mold on the walls. Two of the lamps didn’t work. The flooring needed to be replaced and had gaps between the boards. The shower was tepid. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Nice sized reasonably priced room in a nice property - with an overall friendly staff. Extra charge for slightly early check in, and charging for parking in their own lot, both seems a bit much, but its also not unheard of either. Ultimately I would stay here again if I was in the area

The hotel lots of Maintenace, bathroom sink has no hot water and it is falling of the wall, ceiling next to the air vent is blistered and braking off, baseboards are separating. Beautiful building and great location, but the maintenance is terrible.

The worst hotel I never went no room service staff was really bad actitud at the check in actitud at check out no room service the mattress was very nasty ect I’ll never stay at this hotel period. And I’m a manager of hospital and I know customer service and cleanness but in my 36 years old I never been to a hotel like this one.

This building should be condemned. No hot water. All night could hear the couple in the next room. Husband coughed ALL night. Shower had little to no pressure. EVERYTHING was dirty and run down. Bed squeaked when even putting purse on it!!! Staff not friendly, seemed to be put out checking in-out, paying for parking (all different staff personnel). Better off to sleep in your car!

When we called the hotel directly to reserve the lady was very rude and unprofessional… the cleaning lady bromed and moped the room the first 2 days then never again. She only took the trashed out and changed towels. Location is good, lobby is decent. But the rooms and sheets etc needs to be updated.
