To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. As we came and went he was extremely friendly and smiling with courteous greetings etc. He should be recognized for his excellent service. Also the room and amenities were great and the staff was knowledgeable friendly.
Thank you Best Western, Oswego for a GREAT stay. This is my third time using this location in travels to the area and will use it again on our next trip to the area.

This was our second time at this hotel. Everything was great. Our toilet was leaking and maintenance was done on it in a timely manner. Staff was helpful. If I could recommend that they have a tv guide for guests so you don’t have to go through all the channels, which takes awhile, would be helpful. We also had trouble with our key card. We had to get new ones x 4. We would recommend this place to stay.

The hotel is the best I have stayed at in the area very nice staff and rooms are clean and employees are very good the breakfast is also the best of the other hotels in the area I personally wouldn't want to stay at any other hotel in the area.
