Our first visit to Inn on Third will not be our last! Excellent location, convenient to the pedestrian friendly downtown area with lots to do. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. Continental breakfast in the morning gets you ready for your busy day ahead,

This is a lovely little hotel, and I would love to stay there again, in a different room. In the room I was in the bed was like sleeping on a pile of plywood it was so hard (I have slept on softer floors and truly think this went beyond being a firm mattress). The pillows were also old and compacted and were no longer soft. If I were to stay here again, I would bring a camping pad to sleep on. The check-in was great, the young man who checked me in was super friendly and helpful with directions in the neighborhood. There is a happy hour in the lobby which was a nice addition. I left before breakfast, but also think that is a lovely addition. It was super clean, and I felt safe. I also appreciate the parking being included.

This is our 8th/9th time staying at The Inn on Third! We love staying here. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The Inn is always clean and our rooms are phenomenal. Every evening, they have social hour for all guests that are staying here. The location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Will be returning to St. Petersburg and will always select The Inn on Third.

I came to St. Pete this weekend to attend a Comic-Con at the Coliseum and this Inn was right within walking distance and had great reviews, so I decided to book my stay here and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Brian helped me when I first got there and him and his family were so nice, he told me a bunch about the area and was actually interested in why I was in town. Everyone I met took the time to talk to you and make sure your stay was going well, absolutely amazing costumer service! I am autistic and pretty introverted and I was staying here alone this weekend (my dad came with me, but he came along last minute so he had to stay at a different hotel farther away) so I was very nervous about staying at a hotel in a different state alone for the first time. But the friendliness of the staff and just the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable staying here and I had a really great stay! It’s a very vintage style building which I thought was really cool, and it’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants/fast food and things to do (the coliseum, pier, museums, parks, etc.). If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and “homey” place to stay for a weekend or longer with great staff, I definitely recommend booking a room here! I plan on attending next years Comic-Con and will definitely be coming back to stay here if I do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Inn on Third. It is within easy walking distance of Central Avenue and two free trolleys. There is a generous breakfast of juice, coffee, cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, and fruit. In the evenings, there is a social hour with wine and beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. In the lobby is a cute little sign that says the number of days until Santa arrives. We now have a sign here at home that says the number of days until our next arrival at The Inn on Third. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

The Inn on Third was one of the cutest spots I’ve stayed in! It’s tucked off a busy road in downtown St Pete’s and offers free parking which was a big plus, and it felt very safe and quiet and comfortable even though you’re in the middle of a city- I didn’t hear any traffic or noise! The spacious rooms were nice and clean and had everything you need- tv, hair dryer, soaps and shampoos, etc. The continental breakfast was yummy, too, and the staff could not have been kinder. If you’re looking to feel at home away from home, I definitely recommend it!

Apparently, this property closes their check-in at 9 pm although they are still at front desk till 10 pm. They don’t have disabled access!!! The luggage must be lifted upstairs twice even for the first floor room! Their “evening social” is over at 7 pm, so no welcome drink after 7, with fake excuse about “Florida license issue”. They send their guests message about early and limited check-in but do not mention free drink 5-7 pm. Aweful communication! Two orphan beds pretend to be cute but they are just tiny and uncomfortable. Overall, this place is seriously overrated and doesn’t worth the money paid. Will never stay here again.

A home away from home. It was evident during breakfast hours that several of the other guest were repeat visitors. The staff made everyone feel at home and familiar. A lovely, quaint, clean, friendly, home-away-from-home in an EXCELLENT location. I no longer need to search hotels for future St. Pete stays…this is saved in favorites now. :-)

This inn was built in 1937. It still holds the quaintness and charm of the era. The rooms are cozy and clean. There's noth "fancy" about the rooms. Bed, bath and closet. Our room had two twin beds, small tv, a dresser and mini fridge. It was PERFECT for what we needed. It may not work for others. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasent to talk with. They truly cared about your stay. They host a social hour (which I did miss) where you can have a drink and talk with other guests and staff. The breakfast was the traditional continental breakfast. However there were real plates, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. That was a very nice touch. Again, the owners and staff truly want to make sure your stay is perfect.
