The Inn on 3rd was centrally located and such a great boutique property. The staff are very helpful the room was comfortable. The amenities were nice and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Overall a good stay. The location is fantastic. It’s a no frills easy in and easy out place for a solid centralized option to tour around St. Pete. I’d recommend.

The place is nice the people who work there are helpful! An older building but lean and well kept overall. An evening reception (a glass of wine or a beer) and a continental breakfast.
