Good location and amenities for short stay.

Nice central location and convenient car parking.

For longer stays additional towels would be good.

Wonderful apartment close to the Champagne Ave

Lovely apartment in Epernay. Within walking distance of the Champagne AVE and the train station is about 1/2 mile. It was very spacious and comfortable for a few days. It was great to have a kitchen and utensils to use for cooking.

It was very hot while we were here (95 degrees F) some days and there was only a small AC unit and fan. If it was cooler, this would be sufficient to cool the apartment, but it was a bit warm in the apartment due to the heat wave. The pillows on the bed were very thin.

No Aircon, bad communication from a lying owner.

Nothing we didn’t stay. It was 40c, we were working at a wedding and only booked this place because it says it’s air conditioned, it isn’t. There’s a large fan and that’s it. We had to find alternative accommodation.

The communication from the owner is non existent. We had to chase him to get the entry details, then when I messaged him (Julien) regarding the Aircon there was no response to my calls or texts. He has since said there was a mon]bile Aircon unit, there wasn’t.

Schoon, verzorgd, leuk ingericht, ruim

De verlichting was fel en wit. Niet zo gezellig.

7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

Nice central location and convenient car parking.

For longer stays additional towels would be good.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
