Well located for access to local shops and bars, plus the avenue de Champagne
Staircase very tight and steep, would recommend taking minimal liggage if staying here! Strangley there was no 'front' to the shower or even a tray edge so always conscious about flooding the rest of the flat when showering. Flat was also missing some of the 'little touches' such as a bottle.of water in the fridge for arrival or perhaps a small milk for teas/coffees.

De ruimte en de faciliteiten die het met zich mee bracht. Ook was het erg modern en nieuw.
De trappen naar boven en er was weinig WC papier voor 2 dagen naar ons bevonden.

Clean, good value for money, everything you need in a small BnB, location is excellent.
There is no airconditioning. It got insanely hot and stuffy in summer, even with the (verg loud) fan fully on. I had trouble sleeping (which I never have anywhere)
The bed / mattress is very low quality
