Our 4 night stay was very comfortable. The breakfast is great. Location is very convenient for us. Will choose this hotel again for our next trip to Minneapolis.

Family trip to the MOA. Check in was quick and Brian was nice. Hotel was ok but very crowded. Parking lot was difficult to find a spot later in the evening. Pool area was really dark and the water was murky and there wasn’t enough places for parents to sit if they didn’t want to swim. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, not bad but there was just so many people there it was hard to find a seat. The location was nice with a little shopping are and a Trader Joe’s near by. Close to the mall as well.

My only complaint was lack of parking, but that was due to a very busy weekend and dance competition in town.

Swimming pool is disgusting- cloudy and junk floating around in it.

U have more guests than parking. I had to park half on the curb and half on the grass like probably 30 other people! Cars were parked in the drop off zone too.. I couldn’t believe the mess of parking. Also clearly weren’t prepared for the people - came to breakfast 10 mins after it started and no where to sit… little food… and messy.

Room wasnt ready. At booking it was a queen suite 2 queens and a sleeper sofa, but the room was just a 2 queens. The room booked was not available.

Nice place. I had trouble with my keys and went back to the desk and he worked on getting 2 keys that worked and then came with me to make sure they both worked. Very reassuring.

Our overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express was awesome. Everything was clean, the shower was great and breakfast had something for everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

Keep having trouble at this place with creepy guests slamming doors and knocking on the walls either side of me. Sucks to have this happen like I was at a budget motel.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Easy access off of 494. The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast area was neat and clean There was so much food to choose from. The food was hot and tasted great. Including myself there were 4 of us and we were all extremely happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and safe. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. I would highly suggest this hotel. Great!!

Not a great option for park and fly. The hotel does not do park and fly with Expedia bookings. We were told it would be an extra charge for leaving our car here and the shuttle wouldnt be here for the pickup time we needed. It ended up costing the same amount for us to park at the airport without the hassle

From given a room that was already occupied, then placed into a room not at the same level as paid for, finally to a broken elevator, the stay at this property was a disaster and not even worth the "free" breakfast where the coffee pots were rarely filled, bacon under-cooked, sausage patties gray....we just did not have a great experience.

The room was decent, and the property was decent, but the hotel needed some attention, for sure. An elevator was out of order, and since the hotel was very well booked on the night was stayed there was a lot of congestion. When we got to the room the mini fridge was off, which came as a disappointment as I had brought some things to store in there. The previous occupants must have unplugged it because after I plugged it back in I discovered later in the night that it gave off a very high pitched buzz that was quite distracting. So yeah, hotel could use some attention. But, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent (even though there was no where to sit due to high volume of people), and the bed was comfortable. It worked for our needs for the night and was affordable.

I stay here somewhat frequently because it has a free breakfast, and is convenient to shopping, too. I would like to see later check out times, like around noon, as well as a later period to catch the breakfast, or have a free lunch buffet available. Other than that, if you had a bargain rate on rooms for say $50 a night total, I would stay longer.

Staff was helpful. My room is a little dated , the shower head is low for a 6 ft person

After staying the night and using the pull out couch for our daughter we were putting back together and spotted a bed bug. We didn’t look any further just packed up and left earlier than planned
I quietly mentioned to front desk and felt an apology would have been appropriate. Just said he’d look into…hope they did

The hotel location was perfect for us. Close to everything. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel on the outside looks good. But once you entered you can see it definitely needs some work. The carpets are very bad and has a weird smell to them. Our room wasn’t clean well, including the bathroom. But would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and for breakfast there’s many different selections and was hot and fresh!
