Having a breakfast option was nice.
No Hot tub- paying for parking. Requiring additional funds pending damage or smoking is questionable. It’s days later and I haven’t received a refund on that or any communication on when / how that is expected to be returned . I would communicate that part. I would also include that in the quoted price when booking online just to be transparent. Your front desk gal looks tired and was there start to finish my entire stay. I think someone from corporate should come cover for a week while she gets a paid vacation. Also, better service on cleaning the breakfast area. Out of coffee - garbage over flowing. Not huge issues. Just some tid bits of advice.
