It's a great little apartment, although facilities were quite old, they had everything. Service and Location was great! Walkable distance to Edinburgh castle, royal mile and Victoria street. We parked our car at the hotels designated carpark.

We just stayed for Easter weekend and it was lovely! Amazing location - 2 moms and 2 teenagers plenty of room - and so centrally located - made sightseeing easy!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment was really nice and spacious and had plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). Milk in the fridge and teas/coffees were a nice touch that we didn't expect to have. Great location and facilities are to a high standard.

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. Only 10 minutes walk from the Castle and close to Grassmarket for pubs and bars. 10mins from tram stop for ease of travelling from airport. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space. House keeping daily for fresh towels and bins cleared. Would definitely recommend.

The front desk was so helpful and kind. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and great living space. We even had a basket of snacks waiting for us to enjoy.

Very friendly staff, close to the castle, clean and quite. I did not use much of the kitchen since I was on a short business trip, but noticed that it was fully equipped, coffee etc plus freshly delivered milk! The bathroom had all the essential toiletries. Robe, slippers and hair dryer provided, TV both in the bedroom and the breakfast/ living room area and wifi. Excellent help from the reception staff from arranging for taxis to the university, plus directions on where to walk to and what to see in the short free time I had available. Thank you all, I will be back for holidays ! Very strongly recommended .

Our apartment was perfect for our needs: a comfortable bed, space to hang out, walking distance from all the tourist stuff and restaurants and even a washing machine.

The apartment had breakfast items for the next morning so that was appreciated. Check-in was fast. Felt the rooms were a bit dated, the furniture and the kitchen counter top for example, and looked like the carpet could be cleaned. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but tried to use the dishwasher for cups and bowls but couldn't get it to start. So left the dishes inside for the staff to turn on. To us, the pictures on the website implied that the room was nicer than it was. Still, it was spacious with a living room and dining area. It was nice to have all that space.Luggage racks would have been appreciated.

Minutes away from the Grass Market which has plenty of dining options and shopping. The staff allowed us to check in early and helped us book tours for Edinburgh Castle. Every time we entered the building, the staff greeted us and asked how are day was.

I would stay there again very nice having the space after being in hotels during our tour in Scotland. We were there during a warm spell which means our windows were open. Pretty noisy on street especially on Saturday. There are 3 bars close by. If I were to stay again I’d ask for an apartment not facing the street. The apartment was very comfortable and good location.

Very nice flat in Old Town Edinburgh. Concierge was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Absolutely no complaints, we had a nice flat with a great view and modern amenities.
