Excellent location, can walk to most sites or transportation within a few blocks. Easy access to get to the flat. Grocery stores within a block in a few different directions. Lots of restaurants close by too. The place is very clean, good size, and is updated. Has a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. No dryer but they have a drying rack in the closet that we used and our clothes dried over night. Only bad thing is the WiFi is not the greatest and is spotty or very slow most of the time.

The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom was surprisingly large and nicely decorated in a modern style which was a very pleasant change from other places we had stayed. The only negative point is that access was by way of a staircase which could be difficult with large suitcases.

Apartment spotless with everything you need.
Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue.
These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh.
To the Team - thank you again and please keep the cost as is and not follow the Edinburgh circus of crazy prices for a stay.
