We enjoyed our stay in our very spacious room. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of tea and coffee and the bathroom had a sizeable shower with quality shower gels and hand washes. It’s in a quieter street but an easy walk to find restaurants and views across the city.

Location is great and the place they send you for breakfast is very good. Room was very nice and spacious with a good bathroom and shower. Super easy to let yourself in and get straight into and out of the room so for a work trip this was all ideal. Bed was big and very comfy and the room looks beautiful too. I don't often think I'll stay in the same place but for my trip to Edinburgh (work or personal), this will be my go to place.
Being incredibly picky, a hook to hang our towel next to the shower - but really the place is great and I'd recommend it to anyone thinking of a short stay needing a well located room.

The location was easy to find and check in was seamless and easy.
It was located in the "new town" area and was close to shops and restaurants.
The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check into the room early - basically as soon as the room was ready.
The location is about a 25min walk to the royal mile which is where we did most of our activities. It is also quite an uphill walk going into the old town.
This (in UK) was one of the more expensive places per night we stayed. This was characteristic of the whole of Edinburgh. Perhaps because we were within 2 weeks of the Edinburgh festival so there was more activity in Edinburgh to prep for the festival.
